You all know how important maintaining reasonable cycle times out of Grid 1 contributes to the long-term success of UWW. We have always planned for the growth of UWW, and its cause and effect. During

of our growth stage, we were building The Doppler to offset our growth.
So what is the Doppler and how does it influence your cycling times? The Doppler was built into the system to create massive cycling at various times during the month. What you will experience during The Doppler feed will be the strongest winds possible from all of the Admin's strategic planning. This added equation to the UWW system will be the largest push in the industry. As soon as STP gets their site in running order, we will release the power of The UWW Doppler. It is going to blow you away!
While building The Doppler, we enhanced the Compensation Plan. This expansion will pay MORE into your pocket and increase daily cycling times! We will be raising the sub limit to 150 so you can take advantage of all these positive changes to UWW.
On a final note, our BOOST to the Compensation Plan means you need to use up your Repurchase balance immediately. Many UWW members are not using their balance. We are going to put this 25% to work for the entire membership in the future. Now is your chance to use what you have in your Repurchase Balance before we adopt the Advanced UWW Compensation Plan for Phase 2.

The Doppler was a huge cycling success contributing to the 92,000 new positions in a 24 hour period. You can expect The Doppler to return sometime in early August. Remember, if you did not cycle Grid 1, it certainly moved you closer to cycling. There are over 16,000 grid 1s cycling daily. Make realistic goals, and you will love UWW.
Understanding the cycling power behind the additional 25% to Whirlwind is important. As the income in the whirlwind account increases, more whirlwinds will be put into the system. Instead of the cycling earnings being paid out to members, we are adding interest to our principal. Many of you understand that as compounding, and already know what this can mean in 30 days to offset our growth.
Regarding your ad subs, it appears STP is functioning. We had extended a grace period on sub funding while STP was down. This grace period will end in 12 hours. Please make sure your account is properly funded for your subs, or you will lose your future earning potential. When you do not fulfill your ad sub obligation, your account turns to whirlwind.
On a final note, on Friday you may have noticed the PIF system disabled. Where there is a will there is a way. During the Doppler, we had several attempts to fraud the system. We had to flag 20 odd member accounts that are being closely investigated. The problem has been pinpointed to a single group of individuals operating in a region together. We processed all payouts manually. Unfortunately, the fraud of a few individuals hurts us all. We have processed all payouts through July 22nd, with the exception of the accounts under investigation. We have got clear evidence that these members' accounts have tried to rip off other members money, so it would only be fair to other members that positions pertaining to these accounts are turned into whirlwind.
We are committed to making this the best program of 2012. Our primary focus is on cycling times. We have many plans moving into the Fall. You are at the beginning of something monumental!

These daily subscription-based cyclers are no different than any other money game with a matrix structure. Only a relatively few members will benefit simply because they were the earliest to enter. I have nothing against money games and I will join only if I believe I am early enough. Regardless of how "unstoppable" the program is supposed to be, it is plagued by the same issue
we find in any matrix that grows exponentially deeper and wider. The folks at the top continue to collect at the expense of the late comers. Here is an assessment from one blogger.....

UnstoppableWhirlWind: now I know I pulled the banner a long time ago but want to reiterate how poor this program has become.
Not sure if it was over-promoted or just didn't have the right calculations in it to start with. Also it appears that some made off better than others.
Now I joined this one about an hour after it opened and seems like that was too late. Maybe you had to be one of the chosen few to get in before the bell rang to really do good there.
Bottom line is, I do want to apologize for sharing this one with you. There were signs staring me right in the face that I should have jumped on, but I didn't. I kept playing the 'game' thinking it would turn into something fabulous, but it did not.
I had a few extra dollars in my account which I withdrew yesterday. I have a few more left in there, enough to fund for a couple of days, but when it's gone, it's gone and I'm out.
Reading the forum that I visit daily, people are letting their accounts 'go' and taking a loss now rather than a bigger loss later. Most don't see this one coming back and are bailing.
Only those original chosen few are still flaunting their "I got paid" posts in the forum. Kind of sick of them to do that when others are posting their losses.

Bottom line, you have to be quick and lucky to benefit from any of these games. None of them will last more than a few days.
