New rules about the paying status for high yield investment programs listed on my HYIP Monitor
If a program is paying my withdrawal requests but is not paying other members of the same program I will change its status from "paying" to "on hold" or "scam" but there are several conditions:[list]
[*]I must receive complaints from at least 3 different members of that program
[*]I might request additional proofs that you are a member of that program (if have reasons to believe that the complaints were made by the same individual).
