My team and I are no longer receiving prompt payments from the admin.
Taking about 6-9 days to get paid. Even on requests as small as $100.
Admin posted today that he was not going to be able to process payments over $180,000 per payment processors per day. If the the payment processor reaches that $180,000.00 limit, you are basically out of luck and need to try again the next day.
We (my team and I) were just discussing this morning of putting in a large lump of about $10,000k into DPA during the month of August.
After we logged in to see the Admin, Rick post that message we decided to take out money to another program.
Seems that with all of the issues with STP, Payza, EgoPay and now the admin adding on a new payment processing he is a little overwhelmed with over 6500 emails that he says he will respond to.
No one on my team of 15 has received an email from the admin. We are starting to wonder about the program.
We are watching it and the other programs Rick that Admin runs to see if we need to report back.
As the saying goes in this game...
I would rather be paid late than never.
But we would also like to get paid without all of the excuses too. Hire Someone to help you. At the very lease to respond to emails. You could set up a ticket center. You could set up a knowledgebase. So many ways to keep from getting that many emails.
And since the admin is not paying on time....the least he could do is to have a better system set up.
After 90 days...my team will no longer be investing.
We are advising others to invest with caution in amounts less than $2,000 and to expect delays on the daily payments. (current delay, again, is about 6 - 9 Days)
