Yes you must get enough sleep to give your body time to heal from your workout too. Plus working out just a little helps strengthen your bones and such, or muscle around your bones, whatever, making you less brittle and such as you age.
Plus eating right and keeping weight off. If your body isn't built for extra weight, you can do great harm to your health by letting any weight stay on.
I think it be fine other than to much of drinking alcohol. Anyway, drinking water has truly have numerous healthy benefits is our body which i highly suggested to drink water everyday for at least six glass of water specially during this summer.
