"Game testers" do not exists, i know a lot about this, becasue once i tried becoming one. The game testers only avaliable on certain RPG, games where they got people to play "Beta" Version of their games and submit in bugs, that will not pay you. If you want to be a game tester, then you must be well known in the world of gaming 
, and you will be invited into community parties, where you can play all the latest games, before it comes out in stores. That my friend is called game testing.
