light and healthy pasta sauce for everybody;
1 cup sliced black olives
1 cup sliced green olives
1 cup sliced button mushrooms
1/2 cup capers
1 small can anchovies (mashed)
1 clove garlic chopped
2 cans of whole tomatoes, chopped
olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
fresh oregano chopped
saute garlic in olive oil for a minute
add anchovies
add the rest of the ingredients
simmer until done
this sauce can be use with whole wheat pasta noodles or can also be used for green salads
