I heard that tweet adder is one of the software that will provide the targetted followers automatically to our account. These followers are helpful to get conversations.

My question is:- Is the tweet adder really useful and effective to get targetted followers to our account? I tried its trail version and got only 48 followers by using tweet adder. I don't know whether it's effective or not. Could you please tell me, if it is useful, I will purchase the same.
