We essentially get to buy a diamond for $500 or $100, depending on what level you enter in at. In order to receive the diamond you must qualify, this means placing two referrals under yourself. As a team we work together to get your referrals, and then help your referrals get their 2 referrals.
This is an example if you joined at the $500 level.
There are 4 different levels on the table. We all start out as miners. Once all 8-miner spots are filled, the table splits, moving all the miners up to cutters, creating 2 tables with 8 miner positions on each new table. Fill those spots and the table splits again, you now move from cutter to polisher. There are only 2 polishers on each table. Once the table is filled again and splits, you now are a collector and are just one step away from receiving your $3000 and 1/2 carat diamond.
Now if you join at the $100 level, the process is the same, however when you become a collector and cycle out, you will receive a 1/4 carat diamond and entry into the $500 table. Then you cycle through the $500 as explained above.
The wonderful thing about CDT is that your referrals follow you. Its called follows the leader. You can re-enter the program with no additional money out of pocket and your referrals, and their referrals, and their referrals (see a pattern here?) all follow you back into the program!!
I joined, because I really like the program, I want to do that. If you are going to be part of my team, I am going to help you to find you referrals (I am going to look for them for your down line). We build deep instead of wide so we don't create stagnation. After all, helping your referrals, only helps yourself later because you are going to need them to cycle and follow you later in order to equality you to cycle again and again.
If you start in the $100 and build deep there and then cycle to the $500, building wider at that point (in the $500) just helps you; you’re team, your table, etc. by creating additiona freebees, up spill and down spill workers for everyone and multiple "qualifiers" for yourself on upcoming cycles.
