"Become Success With Our Community" should be "Become Successful With Our Community". The other one doesn't really make sense. 2. Add pictures in the blog posts. People love pictures. 3. On the left hand side, add widgets like Categories or tags so people can find articles that they are interested in. 4. Categorize your posts rather than just leaving them uncategorized. 5. I would try a different layout if I were you. A layout that is mainly black isn't usually very attractive.
