I would like to commend you for having a neat blog template. Overall, I love your blog, but if you can just lessen the banners at the top, then it would be better. Too much clutter can turn off visitors.
You can put up a separate page on your site, enumerating all the programs that you are enrolled in. That way, you can simplify your homepage. You just have to advertise that page in your homepage.
