This DTM member will either send money to generate a receipt number and payment notice then cancel the order and still claim he sent the money or send a fake payment notice.

Not too bright as i'm sure nearly everyone will check their account balance but still a few may fall for it.

99% Of online hyip's are unlicensed and run by scammers, sinking your hard earned money into these are just asking to be robbed, don't whine when it happens.
