Here's what I learn in forum posting that I want to share with you.
Creating a good backlinks in forum is a great way of building lots of backlinks on high authority domains quickly and easily. It is a free traffic and backlinks for your site; you just need to have an effective way of doing it.

First, look for forums that are related to your niche. Simply just add your keyword to the search phrases you want. Be sure that you find forums with high Google PR and Alexa Rank. You can install SEOquake which can help you determine the number of Google PR and Alexa Rank. The higher the Google PR, the more relevant is your site. The lower the number of Alexa Rank, the more your site has its traffic. That is why Google has its 1 in Alexa Rank.

Generate a link in your profile. You put your website in the control panel, edit profile or some in signature.
When you are done in your profile editing, you should start posting in the forums. Ask questions in some threads related to your keywords. Suggest possible answers to some questions that may help you in creating backlinks.
