If you have well defined written goals recite them out loud and then spend time visualizing them accomplished.
2. Read From A Self Improvement Book
Reading from a good self improvement book is rejuvenating. The positive thoughts and improvement tools being taught have the power to change your life.
4. Reward Yourself
Think of things you wish you could have or do. Write them all down, and include how accomplishing your goals will help you achieve them.
5. Write In A Journal
After accomplishing the previous steps write in a journal about everything you had just done. Write about what you thought of, the things you plan on doing, and how you plan on doing them.
