Hello Folks,

I've been a member here for a few weeks and I'm still trying to learn the ropes. Lots of opportunities and programs listed which can be quite confusing between all the different ratios & payouts.

I started up a TE about 2 weeks ago. I'm not getting many members signing up for the "FREE" account, but see so many on here with thousands of members in their TE. I know we are all somewhat in competition with each other, but I was hoping for some insight on how to get started.

I've advertised on other TE's....not much of a response.
I've advertised on Facebook...not much of a response.
I even have banners in the TE advertising "free banner exchange", etc.... not much of a response.

So, is the market just that flooded with TE's?
Are my exchange ratios bad?
Heck, I give quite a bit for free accounts, so I'm really confused how to get things rolling.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
