Hi,Can anybody help that How to recover from Penguin update.
Penguin is a fight against all existing forms of webspam including link spamming/ trading, keyword stuffing (and other forms of overoptimization), aggressive overuse of exact match anchor text, submitting to low quality article/ blog directories etc.So, make sure you arenít trading or spamming links, remove all unnatural links to your site, have variation in anchor text and get rid of any over-optimized onpage element.

Google Penguin is very strict to assess all website quality. To avoid negative impact from their update, I think since now you should concern for quality, and you should be avoid over optimize just to getting more backlink to your site.
