Hi,Can anybody help that How to recover from Penguin update.
Penguin is a fight against all existing forms of webspam including link spamming/ trading, keyword stuffing (and other forms of overoptimization), aggressive overuse of exact match anchor text, submitting to low quality article/ blog directories etc.So, make sure you aren�t trading or spamming links, remove all unnatural links to your site, have variation in anchor text and get rid of any over-optimized onpage element.

Start opting white hat seo practices. Check your site code deeply because some time things happen unintentionally.
Google penguin is the recent updates from google that puts a deep freeze on web spam in Google's search results. If you want to get recovery after this updates, you should have to prevent the use of invisible text or invisible links on your blog or web pages. Google Penguin is very strict to assess all website quality. To avoid negative impact from their update, I think since now you should concern for quality, and you should be avoid over optimize just to getting more backlink to your site.
