To pick products you should find your niche. Then look at your options. Choose products that have information filled in (and not N/A) because that shows you what's selling already.
Then you should go to their sales page and check it out. Get a feel for the product and the person behind it.
Then do a Google search to see what others out there say about the product. You should choose a product that has good reviews and avoid those that have a lot of bad reviews.
If possible, use the product. This isn't always easy or possible, but can be very helpful.
By following these steps you are more likely to choose products that people want, that are good, and that are worth it.
This will increase your sales and decrease your refunds.
Then you work on promoting the product!
