Or what happens when you do build things up and are hit with a setback? That can be so demoralizing and many people give up. It's easier to give up than to keep going forward. If one is surrounded by cynics, running into a setback can make it seem like those people were right all along! But the truth is, everyone has setbacks no matter what. You could have the best job in the world, with everything set up perfectly and still be hit by a setback. Happens all the time.
Losses and setbacks are common.
What's uncommon are the people who move forward to overcome, regardless.
You know what I find is REALLY helpful and it might sound a little cliche - but books like The Greatest Salesman in the World by Og Mandino. He wrote several books that really get you thinking about how you feel about yourself and they have great inspirational messages that are uplifting and get you back on track! I was going way down the wrong path for a while and I'm back on top of my game - I give the credit to those books! Keep Smiling! My motto is: Never, Never, Never, Never Give Up!!!!
