Bids That Give is LIVE with The Bid Ambassador Club Virtual Office and want you to be aware of a few very important points. This message will be followed by an email with your username and password to log into your virtual office. The online Chat Support feature will be available for you today and most of tomorrow. PLEASE NOTE: Not all features are functional. We will be making each feature and tool in your virtual office available as we move forward and test each one. There are some features that are functional but become available only after paying your monthly subscription. Feel free to explore your new virtual office but first please review the following:
Most Bid Ambassadors will have a username we created for them. We encourage you to change your username if you want to, because in a few days whatever username is in the system will become your permanent username and you will not be able to change it in the future.
You may change the password in your account at any time from within your virtual office or by requesting a password reset from the log in page at http://bidambassadors.com
Please note that after Tuesday, you will be logging in from the http://bidsthatgive.com website to access your virtual office.
TERMS & CONDITIONS POLICIES / PROCEDURES ACKNOWLEDGEMENT:
When you log into your virtual office, a message will appear with links to the Terms & Conditions / Policies & Procedures and the Acknowledgement of the same. Please review both documents and accept the acknowledgement to proceed to your virtual office. You will only need to do this once. Those who enroll through your replicated website will do this during the sign up process and will not have to do this again when they log in for the first time.
ACTIVATING YOUR ACCOUNT:
You will see your \"Membership Status\" on the welcome section of your Virtual Office.
If it shows \"Inactive\" you will need to activate your account by paying your MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION PAYMENT. You can easily do this through an online check payment or if you have any commissions earned, you may use those funds from your \"iWallet\" to make the payment.
Paying with your checking account:
Click on the link in the \"Membership Status\" section and enter your checking account information.
Paying through your iWallet:
Click on \"Upgrade Options\" under the \"MY ACCOUNT\" section. then click on the \"pay with iWallet\" button. Review your payment information and then click on the \"pay with iWallet\" button again to process the payment.
VERIFY AND UPDATE YOUR INFORMATION:
Please review and update your account information in the section labeled \"Edit Account Info\" under the \"MY ACCOUNT\" section. IMPORTANT: Your Username and Full Name will be visible to others.
Please take a moment to review the genealogy report but keep in mind that we still have a few hundred new affiliate enrollments to enter that have enrolled through the paper application process in the last few days. Nonetheless, if you see anything at all that needs to be corrected in your genealogy please contact us via online chat or send a trouble ticket and we will immediately take action to correct it.
Any Wholesale Bids Commissions you have earned will be in your iWallet, please review this section and make note that any corrections to genealogy will also result in corrections to this section.
We will send you additional update alerts very soon. We are sending this same email to everyone in the system but we encourage you to forward it to other enrolled affiliates just in case their email address in the system is incorrect. Thank you for your cooperation.
