0 and 1 don't matter for me, I would rather pay attention at the reputation and the support team.
2, 3 - matter a lot. Tight spreads help save money, a lot of account's types tell about reliability of broker. So I would rather choose this one, who can provide cent account and ECN.
4 matters, at specially withdrawing. I don't trust to broker, if withdrawing takes a lot of time.
