Hi, I think you should delete the mails for resetting your password first. afterwards, generate a new request for changing your password. continue with the whole new process and once you were able to create or change your password, make a note of it and try to log in using the new pass key. if it work, try logging out and logging back in again at least 3times. If it works then that should be good. If ever you encounter the same problem while testing your new password, then something might be wrong in your account.
