EPIC Royal Fund is an offshore private wealth/retirement club formed in 2010 by merger of Ericson Private Investment Club (est. 2006) and Royal Caribbean Investment Group (est. 2008).

The EPIC Foundation
For a long time of almost 4 years (2006-2010), Ericson Private Investment Club (EPIC) was a "closed" exclusive investment club for investors mainly from Northern and Western Europe. It was Jeffrey Ericson whose superhuman ambitions and efforts let him put the first brick in the wall of the firm and sustainable Wealth Club as we see EPIC today.
Initially, the backbone of the Club was formed by 47 members, more than a half of which were former Jeff's partners and friends. To become a new Member, one could only by acquaintance with recommendations from previous brokers who had been engaged in wealth management of the client.
During 2006, the main areas of investment comprised buying/selling precious metals and deals with oil and gas. New Members were attracted because we allowed not only to invest in our own portfolio, but also provided a set of related services such as consulting in the field of offshore banking, financial management and long-term investment. EPIC created wealth in every way. And by late 2007, information about the success began spreading with lightning speed, as almost 90% of Members were well in profit.
In 2008, our investments comprised a better diversified portfolio. We had developed a professional team of analysts in order to mitigate the risks and scatter the investments across different instruments such as Forex, IPOs, real estate, private equity funds, private placement investment funds and co-investing in direct investment opportunities. Nevertheless, the main focus of EPIC is still private placements and speculation transactions on the currency and commodity exchanges.
Royal Caribbean Investment
In October 2009, while being in Switzerland on a conference, Jeffrey met his old friend Bruce Jackson, who at that time was the president of an offshore brokerage company located in Panama. It was Royal Caribbean Investment, an investment group specializing in asset management and protection for institutional investors. What is more important is that the RCI Group had developed and integrated a solid financial platform allowing members of the Group to gain access to financial markets through the established gateway without having to have dozens of contracts with banks and other financial institutions.
"EPIC-Royal" Merger
Initially, it was decided to form a Service-Level Agreement with RCI Group, but it would not provide us with the same flexibility and security level as we have today. Ultimately, on February 12, 2010, the official Partnership Agreement was formally signed in Panama and the newly registered offshore company EPIC S.A. merged with Royal Caribbean Investment S.A. As part of the Agreement, EPIC S.A. now has exclusive rights to co-invest in Royal HiCap Family of Funds, three out of six funds in RCI portfolio each generating more than $10 million annually.
In addition, EPIC benefits in top priority order execution. It means that once we receive the "electronic" money from our Investors, we perform the daily conversion in RCI offshore trading accounts with no undue delay. According to trading results, profits are converted back into e-currencies and payment processors and displayed on the accounts of investors.
Since early 2010, EPIC S.A. has been running an "open" business, allowing outside investors to participate in the formation of investment portfolios and to invest their funds in Investment Contracts of EPIC Royal Fund. It is a well known fact that in the first year of its work, EPIC-Royal Alliance brought more than 200% a year to its Members and soon it began to attract interest even of non-members of the Club. However, due to the fact that many portfolio investments have been established and the Club does not experience a strong need to attract new Members, we will scrutinize each new Application to participate in investment programs. Currently, the Club has more than 1000 active Members, 95% of whom are already in profit. Almost 60% of the oldest club Members have already returned their initial deposits for three times at least and continue to earn.
Today, EPIC Royal Fund employs over 25 people, each of which is not only personally responsible for his or her direction of work, but also has an "active" Membership with the Club and a share in profits of the company, dramatically increasing the quality of asset management. The control element is represented by experienced bankers and managers, who have the signed contract with the company until 2014. A solid Analytics Department helps us to solve not only financial issues, but also organizational ones, aimed at creating a comfortable service for investors.
Our plans for the future feature the rapid development of the company primarily due to the increase in turnover with established Members of EPIC. We highly value our reputation and trust from our investors and therefore we give priority to those Members who have been with us for a while.
