Following are the steps to create Jpeg Flyer
1 Click the "Start" button at the bottom-left corner of your screen, then click "All Programs."
2 Click the "Accessories" folder, then click "Paint."
3 Click the "Paint" tab at the top-left corner of the window, then click "Properties."
4 Type dimensions for your flyer into the "Width" and "Height" fields, then click "OK." Note that you can check the "Inches" or "Centimeters" if you want to specify the size of the flyer with those units instead.
5 Click the "Home" tab at the top of the Paint window.
6 Click the "Fill With Color" button in the "Tools" section of the ribbon at the top of the window, then click a color from the "Colors" section of the ribbon.
7 Click your canvas to apply this color as your background.
8 Click the "Text" button in the "Tools" section of the ribbon, then click on your canvas.
9 Drag the borders of the text box to specify the location and size of the text that you will be adding to your flyer.
10 Click inside the box, then begin typing the wording for your flyer. Once the wording is added you can highlight the text with your mouse, then click the font characteristics that you want to apply to the text, such as font size and font style, from the "Font" section of the ribbon.
11 Click the "Paint" tab at the upper-left corner of the window, then click "Save As."
12 Click the drop-down menu next to "Save as Type," then click "JPEG."
13 Type a name for the flyer into the "File Name" field, then click "Save."
