I, like most webmasters, don't typically go for the most costly web hosting option. Especially, in the beginning stages of building a website since the amount of traffic I anticipate not needed a dedicated server. So, around this time last year I took one of those $3.95/mth first year web hosting services. Now, the platform is great in the beginning I have no complaints, until I need the customer service department or a technician. This particular company has the absolute worst customer service I've seen and also have absolutely useless teck support. Every issue I have ever had with my web hosting 'I' ultimately ended up resolving myself. Now, I can appreciate that my websites are hosted for only $45/yr. But, is it worth it for the aggravation when I need assistance? What do you think?
