I own about 80 acres in West, TN. Thirty acres of it is select cut timber and the other is fifty acres of pasture land, it also has a 1/2 acre pond in the pasture section. The location of the land is in a rural country setting. The land is hilly, I personally don't think it would be great for farming. The qeustion I have is how do I make not good money, but great money off the 80 acres of land. I know previously just listed the set up and lay of the land, but i'm open to all subjects on the matter regardless of the set up. All informative answers will be greatly appreciated, Thanks.
