I just wanted to make a point that it is important to always provide value to your list.
Don't just treat them as an email or a credit card.
Those are real people on your list that want your help.
If you keep this focus on everything you do it should start to come across to them.
Always provide value, whether it's a free product, article, sales product, etc... it will add to your credibility and help build a good rapport with your list.
Also, don't try to sell in every email.
Now, of course there is so much more to this but I just wanted to point this out.
