Q: Who can participate in your site?
A: We currently allow registration from residents of over 100 countries. Please create a free account to see if yours is one of them. After completing your registration, simply view our current offer wall from inside your member account. If offers appear, then you can participate.
Q: What is the minimum age to participate?
A: We require that you are 13 years of age or older.
Q: Can I sign up from a shared or public computer/internet connection?
A: No. We don't allow multiple accounts from the same IP address. You would need to sign up from your own computer using your own internet connection.
Q: How can you afford to give away free gifts like this?
A: The items (including your cash rewards) are paid for by advertisers who pay us for providing them with new customers like you. We then turn around as a thank you for using our site reward you in the form of a free gift of your choice. So in other words, you try sponsored trial offers, the advertiser pays us for bringing you to them as a customer, and we pay you a large portion of the commission as a reward in the form of a free gift. Everybody is wins and everyone is happy.
Q: If I'm missing credit for an offer I completed. What do I do?
A: If you have followed the listed requirements for the offer and have not received your trialbux credit, you can submit a missing credit request into us and we will attempt to verify your offer completion with the vendor. The missing credit request option can be found in the support section of your account.
Q: Is there a faster way I can activate my account without having to complete several offers?
A: You can visit our 'Quick Activate' page here. This is an option added for your convenience.
Q: What can I do to help ensure I receive credit for the offers I complete?

Q: Does your company receive my personal information that I submit when completing an offer from an advertiser?
A: No. In no way do the advertisers share any personal information about you with our company. We only receive a report that says we were credited for the offers you completed.
Q: What do I do if I have questions about a specific offer?
A: We suggest contacting the advertiser directly yourself. If you have concerns about an offer or advertiser you could check their status with the national BBB registry. However do not contact an advertiser about offer crediting issues as per the terms and conditions on our site as the will not have that information.
Q: How long does it take to receive credit for an offer I completed?
A: The reporting time for an offer completion varies from advertiser to advertiser. You can view the typical reporting time of an offer by visiting our offers page. On the right of each offer just under the trial bux amounts we display the typical crediting time. For most offers, this is instantly (within 4 to 6 hours).
Note…these are usual reporting times, however, an offer sign-up reporting may be delayed for a number of reasons including advertiser delay, strict browser settings, or delays in completing the offer requirements. If your offer doesn't credit after the stated time frame, we recommend you to submit a missing credit request into us via your support page.
Q: How long does a missing credit request take to process?
A: Upon receiving all of the required information from you, most missing credit requests are resolved within 5 business days. However, under a few certain circumstances, we may have to send your request off to our vendor for review, which can take up to 60 days.
Q: One of my referrals did not receive credit for an offer they completed. What do I do?
A: If a referral of yours has completed an offer and followed the listed requirements and has not received credit, please recommend them to file a missing credit request into us and we will attempt to verify their offer completion.
Q: When can I redeem my TrialBux for rewards?
A: As soon as you have enough redeemable TrialBux in your account that matches or exceeds the reward amount you would like to receive.
Q: Is there a limit on the amount of times I can redeem my TrialBux for rewards each month?
A: No. You can accumulate them all month long and redeem them for one large reward at the end of the month. Or, you can build them up monthly (to a maximum of 6 months) until you want to redeem them for your desired reward(s). Or, you can redeem them several times weekly (even daily) if you like. It's totally up to you.
Q: How long does it take to receive my reward once I have redeemed my Trial Bux?
A: MyTrialBux rewards are released on a monthly net 15 basis. For example, rewards requested in January will be sent out on February 15th.
Q: Why do I have to wait till the 15th of each month before my reward(s) are released?
A: This is done to verify that offer fraud has not occurred. At the beginning of each month our staff will carefully view your account to ensure that all your TrialBux were earned legitimately. Once approved, your reward(s) are scheduled for release on the 15th.
Physical rewards (ipads, coffee makers etc.) take approximately 14 business days from the 15th. Please keep in mind that business days do not include weekends or holidays. After your prize shipped, it can still be as long as 2 weeks before you receive your prize. Note: TrialBux is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Non physical rewards (e-gift cards, paypal etc.) take approximately 2 to 4 business days from the 15th of each month.
