Google's Panda is a relatively new (about 12 - 18 months old) algorithm that penalizes poor quality sites. Some of the factors being penalized include:
* poor architecture such as ads above the fold
* thin or poor content
* high visitor bounce rates
* slow speed load time
* spamming with excessive use of keywords (that is, over-optimization)
* thin meta descriptions
Gone are the days when writing lots of SEO'd content will bring in traffic. Now Google is looking for not just quality content, but gauges visitor experience and as well, the Penguin Algorithm now penalizes unnatural link behaviour.
Now i am clear about google panda. Thanks a lot "Ski" for your valuable information.
