I think the number nowadays is lot lower than that. And i just found out that email marketing no longer really work. Some of the email campaign go straight to spam box. If people use mobile to read email, they un-able to access this spam box. So i'm thinking of switching to sms marketing campaign. More directed, we be sure it will be read. And the number of response rate is higher.
