Some people buy, renovate and flip (i.e. sell) properties. While I normally like to nab a bargain and hold it over the long term, I have made exceptions to my golden rule. And this is when I find an even better positioned bargain that I can upgrade to. By selling my first bargain property at a decent profit, my upgrade costs can be minimised. This way I make sure that my house 'flips' don't turn into house 'flops'!
Hi Mel! That is a great piece of advice. I recently had to move into a new home that we purchased few months ago. While searching for various options that would help me move comfortably and would also help me sell the old home for a good amount, I came across an article posted by Roadrunner Moving and Storage Company in Cleveland, Ohio. They had actually mentioned a few benefits of moving during the spring. One of its advantages is that selling a property becomes easy during spring. There are many people who would want to buy a home and many may also need one urgently.
