How can I earn money with FanDealer?
In order to be able to make money with FanDealer, please click on the menu item "Earn money". If you have not yet linked your Facebook or Twitter profile to FanDealer, the system will prompt you to do this. To do this, please click on "Connect". After you have successfully connected the respective social media profile to FanDealer, you will be displayed the currently clickable campaigns under the respective categories.
Why do I see an error message when trying to connect my Facebook or Twitter profile?
If, when connecting your social media profile, you should receive an error message, this is not the fault of FanDealer but rather the connection - also called API - which FanDealer establishes with the respective social network. These connection problems generally occur if many users simultaneously try to access certain applications. With an error message of this type, please try to link your social media profile to FanDealer cat a later time.
Why are just a few clickable campaigns or even none at all displayed to me?
To even be able to display campaigns by the system, the Facebook or Twitter profile which you have connected to FanDealer must have at least 10 of your own Facebook friends or Twitter followers. Some people who have created campaigns have the campaigns they set only be displayed to FanDealer users who have at least 50 or 100 of their own friends or followers on Facebook or Twitter. The following always applies: The more of your own friends/followers you have which your linked social media profile has, the more available campaigns you will be shown and the more money you can consequently earn with FanDealer.
Why am I getting the error message that I can receive coins?
You always receive this error message if the credit was used when you try to verify the click you set. If this should happen and you no longer receive any coins for a campaign you like, then the can unlike or unfollow the page in question with a clear conscience. You do not receive any fake points from the system to remove a like or to unfollow a Twitter page for this reason.
Why do I see the error message "We are low on Twitter requests"?
Via the existing interface, Twitter only allows us a limited number of queries per hour. If, after following a Twitter page when verifying, you receive this message, then please try to verify the corresponding campaign after 30-60 minutes.
Why is it not possible to change the Facebook or Twitter profile I have linked?
Both Facebook as well as Twitter prohibit setting up several user profiles for the same person. In our terms of usages, we also clearly prohibit the use of several social media profiles on Facebook and/or Twitter. For safety reasons, it is therefore not possible to change or modify the associated social media profile - neither automatically nor by us manually. If the profile which you have linked should no longer exist - for example by deleting - or you change your user names on Twitter, then your FanDealer account automatically becomes invalid. The credit received until then expires.
How can I be paid the cash I have earned?
All payouts are exclusively by bank transfer to a bank account.
How high is the minimum payout amount?
To be able to apply for a payout, your user account must have a credit of at least 500 coins (Members from Germany) or 1500 Coins (Members outside of Germany). After you reach this payout limit, you can always request a payout of your credit via the "My Account" menu item.
How long does the processing of the payout request by me take?
Your credit is paid out within 24-48 hours according to our payment guarantee. In absolutely exceptional cases, it can tale up to 10 days to process your payout request.
Where can I change the bank details I have saved?
For safety reasons, it is not possible to change the bank details. Please note that the bank details you saved with the initial payout will be used for all future payouts.
Why was my payout rejected or my user account blocked?
FanDealer checks the linked social media profiles of the respective member for genuineness and plausibility with each requested payout. We have been able to determine without a doubt whether a social media profile is genuine or if it was created for the sole purpose of earning money on platforms such as FanDealer. If we should notice an obvious fake profile when editing a payout request, we will reject the payout and block the corresponding FanDealer user account without advanced warning. In some severe cases, we reserve the right to reject the requested payout, require a remedy to the problem and/or to more precisely review the identity of the respective FanDealer user. In order to avoid problems when applying for a payout, you should exclusively use real social media profiles or change your profiles according to the following criteria. We never accept profiles with fantasy names (e.g. Peter Pan) or profiles without a real profile image (e.g. comics, animals, association logos or similar).
