Let me explain about getting traffic using google alerts to your website.
First your need a gmail account to step up a free google alert..
Search for google alerts and set up a keyword related to your website.
Set up it for blogs and to be emailed once a day.
Try to pick a broad keyword you know gets lot's of traffic.
Once you've done that you will almost get an email in about 60 secs or more...
Once you get an email reminder click on the post in the email you like the look of. Read the article and leave a value based comment linking back to your website.
Do this each day and you WILL certainly get targeted traffic to your website!
