This is just how the system of the site works.
For many countries in the world free offers are displayed. There are many free offers for USA, UK, Germany, Canada, Australia and other "big" countries and also for India or Thailand and many else.
Also there are paid offers for other countries for sure. But why you say there is no way back? Just don�t fill out an offer you don�t like. Where is the problem? Nobody is forcing you here.
The offers are displayed automatically from an advertising network related to your country. After you filled out an offer you get your personal promotional link and to put in your own advertising network code and then other people are complete offers for you. And you earn from that.
They have helpdesk and also you will find an skype number of your accountmanager inside to help you out.
