Agree with your point, but don't forget a coin has two different design in it.
1) yes it will increase you spam if does your work blindly
2) Every new business does not generate instant income it take time to be set up.
3) Everybody maintain the think which gives profit.
4) For maintaining the work you needed some one to operate the system.
I don't know where is the disadvantage.
