Why was e-gold® actually indicted? And, why were their exchangers funds frozen?
Is this reminiscent of the 1930’s confiscation of citizens gold? It’s beginning to look like an era gone by, with Americans placing their confidence in gold rather than weak and failing US dollars. Who was it that said competition’s a sin?

Where can one who has some cash put their money and feel secure that it won’t be stolen, confiscated or frozen for an unspecified period of time. Mattresses and holes in the back yard are looking better all the time!

I personally spoke to one of the biggest Egold exchangers who said Ebullion is also under attack by the government. Why I've chosen to skip the middleman and just use CASH! Would you's cut thinking E-Gold did nothing wrong they stuffed up big time. I am surprised from a regulatory point of view the US Govt didn't do this sooner. Did EGold verify identities of users? lets see NO. They allowed large transactions and did not report them as they should of to the Authorities Every heard of financial transaction reporting? any transaction of sequence of transactions when grouped that over a short period must be reported for investigation..
