If any of you will be in Northern California next April, you're invited to our daughter's expo, at the fairgrounds in Anderson, CA, on Saturday, April 5. This is a pet-friendly event, so you can bring your feathered, furry, or slithery friends. I'm not sure what tickets will cost next year, but it won't be more than $6 each. Members here can use DreamPoints to buy tickets.
Most of the activities are for dogs (Frisbee, Smartest Dog Contest, Shell Game, etc.), but I think she's going to have a relay race for miniature donkeys (they are absolutely adorable). There's a free photo contest, online, with cash prizes, so you don't have to go to the event to join the fun.
We have a charity auction for local animal shelters, lots of door prizes, and booth space available.
The website is up all year and there are some really cute critter photos over there from last year.
