I have a very good experience with my paypal account as they will help to communicate with the seller to refund money because I am not satisfied with the goods I received.

I have another Brazilian Paypal Verified Account. Im out of US, now im living in Brazil. I hv an US address, but havent US Bank Account or SSN (Needed to verify my US Paypal Account). My intentionto verify my US Paypal Account it´s only to make orders on some stores like NEWEGG, TIGERDIRECT, etc and pay via Paypal (because they dont accept International CC). Those shops only complete the order for Verified Accounts. I dont will use for receive money. Someone can help me?
