Hey, I ran across this site the other day, 2Million2Advertise, read through it and it seems like it's pretty legit.

It consists of a free membership giving you access to free downloads, and the capability to produce an incredible 400+ Million people to the site you want to promote for free.

Now, I know advertisement isn't free.. but what it's saying is you can use the site for free, and if you get 9 people to sign up under you, it will start a chain reaction that will generate essentially a never ending amount of visitors to your site. Viral Advertisement or Marketing.
