This is actually a very easy question to answer and I am shocked that you haven't had a post yet. There are tons of ways to advertise online for free. The best resource I will tell you about is a ebook called the 2nd Edition Encyclopedia of Free Online Advertising. This is not a book that I use for anything but research. Although you can resell it. The book is free and was public domain since the day it was written. Go to Google and search the title. It will undoubtedly send you to a plethora of websites with a copy. Don't pay anything for this book. If you come across a site that tries to charge you for it go to another site. In this book you will learn everything you need to know for a decent start at free online marketing. My best advice is to read the entire book and then index the techniques you want to do in the order you want to do them. Always remember to keep your eyes open and ready to experiment. Although this is a very comprehensive guide, there are more ways to advertise for free and you have to find the way that works best for you. Lastly don't stop here. When I got into online marketing I downloaded and read 100's of ebooks. As I said before, don't pay for them until you have gone through the public domain products. You will find out as you get deeper in this, that some of the best written ebooks are public domain. You will find out why when you read the above book.
