What does the percent of paid referrals depends on?
First of all it depends on the project.
If hyip administrator in addition to monitoring orders some advertising (a banner, the text etc.) the percent will be higher.
In some cases we distribute a part of the money received from advertising, to our referrals in order that they could deposit money.
Also the percent depends on the sum of referral payments we have received.
The more the sum, the lower percentage.
