Thanks John for the invitation via email.
We don'd to a MLM program but in my opinion strong team has to be a team of people who know each other. If you are in a group of friendly people who care about each other then the way to success is much easier.
I'm sorry I don't have more to say, I'm just not working in this field.

We saw how important teams can be and how can help new distributors and consequently the whole network, since they increase the chances for new members to succeed. Now let’s see how can you create a strong team for your own network.
Well, the first you have to do is to become yourself the leader you always wanted to have as your sponsor. Of course, that’s easier said than done, but is doable.
Sit back and imagine the ideal leader that you would like to be your sponsor. What makes him stand out from the rest? How would react in the most common situations? What are his values? Why people want to follow him? What are his attributes? How can inspire others and gain their trust?
Write them all down and..
Congratulations you’ve got a model to follow.
But besides being a leader there are other more technical things that can help you create a strong team within your organization. Things like..
While it is prudent when it comes to promoting your business to concentrate on a few methods that give you the best results and try to master them, you should also have a general knowledge of whatever else is out there. Keep your eyes open on what’s on the “market” and what’s available. What other techniques and methods exist that someone can use for advertising, promotion and lead generation.
It is possible that what you are using may not suit someone you sponsor or may not be confident using them. You should be able to guide them to techniques which may be more suitable for them and point them to places and courses where they can learn how to use them.
Don’t leave everything on the shoulders of the company. You should get initiatives and accept the responsibility of further training the members of your network. Analyze the methods that you use to their smallest detail and write guides with step by step instructions. Don’t leave anything open to assumptions and interpretations, your instructions should be crystal clear and cover the smallest detail.
If you do that in that manner it would be more easy for others to learn your prospecting methods and follow them successfully.
If you have an extended network in many parts of the country or the world, hold conference calls regularly for training purposes.
Don’t only teach them, but held them accountable for applying what they learn. Assign homework and check with them their results and progress. Put with them a plan to follow with a schedule attached and have them sign it. That way you create commitment from their part and you increase the chances to follow the plan. A better idea would be to have them commit themselves to follow it in front of the whole group. That way you create a much stronger urge to them to keep up with their promises.
Besides the training aspect, also hold conference calls with the purpose of giving support, encouragement and motivation to each other. Something similar to a master mind group.
Not necessary all the time, since it may hurt your productivity the continuous distractions, but set aside some hours that you would be available for discussions or questions. Preferably two different periods of the day so to suit members living in different time zones or countries. Have your messenger or skype open that hours or your ears open to hear the phone ring.
Give Them Help
But don’t try to build their business for them yourself. Remember, this is a business and not a welfare program. You may be needed to help them closing a prospect, give them directions, sharing your expertise with them or similar things. Make sure that you are always there when they need you.
Inspire and Motivate them
To be able to do it better you should know their why. What is the basic underlying emotion that drives them to undertake the risks of starting a home based MLM business. Sometimes motivation can be nothing more than to simple remind them why they are already doing it.
As about inspiration, you need to open their mind to the endless possibilities that they exist in everything in life. All the possible avenues that someone can follow, all the different routes and paths with their own scenery, magic and charm. All so different and unique, but somehow miraculously leading to the same destination you dared to dream when you were embarking on your journey.

To be successful in Multi-Level Marketing (MLM), one must first understand the initial premise on which it was founded, as well as the long range dynamics. Only by doing this can a marketer hope to achieve any permanent and long-lasting income from MLM. Until a marketer fully grasps these fundamentals, they will be caught in a losing loop, never able to make it work for them.
First, MLM is not unique or original to online programs. Avon, Mary Kay and many other offline companies used MLM long before the internet was more than a glimmer in a computer whiz's eye. And little has changed about it since those early days. The basic dynamic is this: in any company that has a large, wide-spread sales team, rather than having many sales people all reporting to a few regional managers, it would be more effective to change the traditional sales manager/salesperson structure and make EVERY salesperson responsible for both bringing in new sales people and training them. In return, the company would reward the original salesperson with a portion of the commission from their trainees.
By doing this, each sales person in their normal course of business will then have an incentive to not only sell the product, but to bring in, train and motivate other sales people, as well. Thus the responsibilities of a traditional manager, i.e., training, is also spread evenly among the whole sales team. Theoretically, this ensures that even with a massive amount of salespeople, each one will receive personal attention.
However, in transferring this concept to the online arena, a certain amount of de-personalization has taken place and, because of it, many people have signed up to various MLM systems without being fully aware of this concept, while others have focused so exclusively on the sign-up process they do not follow up on it. As a result, it has become commonplace for "uplines" to not even realize a very important part of their responsibility (training, motivating) and completely forego it, resulting in sign ups that are completely ignored, who then, in turn ignore their own, few sign-ups... the end result of this is a breakdown in the whole MLM system. Furthermore -- and far more devastating -- is the long-range result, which is a pervuasive attitude that "this is how it is." Thus, leading to the generally mistaken belief that all MLMs are scams, that only a very small portion of marketers ever profit, that the secret is to get in early, etc., etc.
All of which is a huge mistake.
Some cynics may say, "sure, sure-- right. Like anyone ever succeeds with MLM." But, cynics by definition always see the glass as half empty. To their credit, it's true that there WILL always be people who ignore their downlines and forever struggle to succeed in MLM. Just as there will always be cynics. The important thing is that each person decide whether their glass is half-empty-- or half-FULL. Because that's where it begins: with the individual, making up their mind that they are going to succeed with MLM.
Because once they do, the rest falls into place.
Another important factor is understanding what the personal long-range goal of any MLM marketer should be: To build a strong, dynamic team under themselves, one that will become self-perpetuating. This is not a one-shot, easy business. This takes time and energy. But it can be done successfully in a relatively short time (think months), once a marketer realizes the objective.
To obtain this object, one must simply follow these steps:
1. Communicate personally with each and every sign-up
This is one of the single most important things you can do to begin building a strong team. As soon as you learn that you have a new sign up, begin by emailing them with a cheerful welcome and thank you for joining your team. Give them your contact information -- email, IM and telephone # -- and invite them to contact you with questions. Also, include whatever personal observations about the program/company that you've discovered since joining yourself. And, last but not least, invite them to tell you a little about themselves, their experience, etc.
Equally important (and sometimes very difficult for "seasoned" marketers): do NOT pitch anything to them. Remember: you're building a team, not just trying to make another sale. If you do nothing but send a sales pitch, you will probably not only fail at the sale, you will also alienate them, which is counter-productive to your long-range goal. And, this, more than anything else, is the primary reason so many MLM marketers fail. Too much aggression, too early, only drives people away.
At this juncture, some will respond and others won't. For those that do not, send a second email that is more to the point, but still polite and cheerful. Something like, "hey Joe! Did you get the welcome email I sent last Tuesday? I've been waiting to hear back from you." This let's them know that you really do want and expect to hear from them. If you still don't, then let it go, but include them in any general downline mailings (see below).
2. Get to know each person on your team
When you hear back from them, they will most probably tell you something of their experience; how long they've been marketing; if they have a website, etc. Plus, they will ask whatever questions they may have. Respond to this email as soon as possible. If they have questions to which you don't have the answer, then find the answer. Go to your upline or submit a ticket to the company's support system. While they could do this themselves (and you could just say, "do that yourself") this is also counter-productive to building a team. It is better if you find out and pass it on, not only because it will help build your relationship, but because YOU will learn something about the company, too.
Also, if possible, in your response invite the person to call you and provide your telephone number, as well as offering to call them instead. You can get to know each other much more quickly and successfully simply by picking up the telephone. (If you don't have national or international telephone service, consider getting it, as it is an integral part to working effectively with your team and a very worthwhile investment in your business.)
3. Provide support
The main idea behind supporting your team is to genuinely help them to succeed. How this is achieved, depends very much on a particular situation. It can be a group support, such as emailing them with the latest sales ideas and tactics on a weekly basis, as well as with any company news, passing along whatever tips or tricks or bit of information you've found helpful. If this seems too much like "helping the competition," remember that when "Refferal A" gets a sale or sign-up, you get a commission just for being his upline. Sure, we'd all love to get all the sales and sign ups ourselves, but that isn't very realistic.
Plus, ask yourself this important question: do I want to work at this all the time, forever, for the rest of my life? OR do I want to eventually be able to sit back and simply cash the checks? When you're building a team, what you're doing is building an income from their sales and referrals. And if you do it successfully, you will eventually be able to 'live the dream' as so many programs promise.
As a team builds, a marketer may even create a special opt-in list just to contact their downline more efficiently. Having group meetings IS an effective way to work with your team, once it begins to build. Plus, they can invite their own new sign ups to join these meetings, which is another way that you can support them effectively.
4. Follow up
Besides responding to requests, as mentioned above, it is also important to continue contacting members, even when they do not respond. Not responding does not necessarily mean non-participation. There are some who are more outspoken and others who are more passive. Being passive won't help them succeed but as long as you are offering your best, you know your job is done.
5. It's YOUR Team-- Own it!
As a team begins to grow, many marketers either feel overwhelmed by the responsibility of such a large team or mistakenly believe their job is done. Neither is the case. But the job does change as an MLM marketer progresses. It is very common, at some point, to feel all they are doing is supporting their downline. Many marketers at this point fail to understand that this is actually a very good milestone. It means they have reached a level at which they can and should forego actively bringing in their own sign-ups and focus on helping their team bring in THEIR sign ups.
Because (and, of course, assuming the MLM system is at least 3-5 levels deep), the entire idea IS to create a team that is self-perpetuating; the marketer's first sign ups should be training their own sign ups and supporting them, and developing their own teams. All of which are UNDER the initial marketer (you). When a marketer reaches this point, it is actually a very good moment. But too often, marketers do not recognise this moment. Instead, they keep building a team, sometimes until it is gargantuan and quite impossible to support at all. I've seen marketers create teams of 300-400 people... and keep right on building it, mistakenly believing this is the path to success. It's as though they are caught in a dance that they cannot end. And, because they only focus on bringing in more people (rather than supporting those they've already brought in), it is a self-perpetuating dance they are doomed to break down.
Rather, it is better to teach their downlines to do the same dance... so they can then take a breather.
6. Be Realistic
BUT: do NOT sit back (another classic mistake) and think you can now retire. A marketer can cut back on their work at this point, but never rely completely on their downline to do everything. Keep involved, follow up. Because, for any number of reasons (everything from a changed personal situation to an act of God) people will, despite your best efforts, drop out. A wonderful, healthy downline left untended is like a garden that is not looked after properly. In a single season, all that's left are weeds. So stay in close communication with your most successful members and when someone drops out, take up the reigns to make sure their downline still receives the same support, either from you directly or from someone you've come to trust.
7. Empower Them
A huge part of all this success is passing on everything you know to your downline. But many, many marketers hate to do this. They dispise telling others what they perceive as their "secrets" to success.
Only the truly successful MLM marketers understand that their downline's success IS their success. That when their downline makes money THEY make money-- and that doing everything in their power to help them succeed IS the smartest thing they can do. Anyone who witholds any kind of information is only shooting themselves in the foot and guaranteeing, again, a perpetual dance. It's the ego saying, "I have to be the best." But it's humility that will win.

SUCCESSFUL STEPS IN BUILDING AN MLM EMPIRE
Starting Your MLM Program - How to Make a Commitment-
I'm Ready To Take The Plunge: Now What?
Once you've decided that you would like to pursue a career in Network Marketing, your first challenge is in finding a company with which to align yourself. Although there are a lot of people making a lot of money, it's important to remember that for every one that has succeeded, ten have failed.
This particular industry has a high failure rate that can blamed first and foremost on the fact that people jump in quickly, expect to become rich behind their wildest dreams and fall flat on their faces.
To avoid their mistakes, there are basically five things that you should look for when choosing a network marketing company.
The integrity of the organization itself should be the first thing you investigate. The definition of the word integrity is a steadfast adherence to a strict moral or ethical code. The questions to ask are (1) Do they have a good quality product? And (2) do they stand behind it? The worst situation you can find yourself in is choosing a company that offers a product that they will not stand behind or is of dubious quality.
A key to remember here is that your success in this business will ultimately depend on whether or not people will purchase the product or service you represent. As most of your sales will be to family members, friends and coworkers, the last thing you want to do is sell them something that doesn't deliver.
The second thing to investigate is whether the distributors or the shareholders drive a particular organization? If a company makes its decisions with the representative in mind, success is much easier to come by.
If they're a publicly traded company that has to answer to a board and it's shareholders, however, you may just find yourself caught between a rock and a hard place. For example, some of the best and most successful sales organizations are those run by executives that are actually out they're selling.
The first ones to fold are usually the ones that are made up of executives that have never done the job.
In addition to making sure that the company stands behind and offers a product or service of high quality, it is imperative that you actually enjoy and use the product you choose to represent. If you love it, you'll want to share it automatically, you'll want tell your friends and family about it.
When this comes naturally, your network marketing venture proceeds as if on it's own. As those same people watch your success, they'll also want to become involved and if they love the product as well, it's an easy decision for them to start buying wholesale themselves.
The fourth key to success is to find a company that has a proven system. You'll spend way too much time trying to develop your own and in most cases, people have come before you that have already worked out the kinks.
While you may not find this from the company itself, be sure and discuss it with your sponsor and others who have been successful. Your sponsors success is directly relative to your own so make sure this is a person that is doing well himself and is willing to be a team leader that shares his tips.
Finally, take a look at the management team behind the organization you're considering. Strong management is a must in any industry and this one is no exception. Industry experience is key. How long have they been in business? Check them out with the Better Business Bureau and the Direct Marketing Association.
Legimate companies should be more than willing to provide any information you request so ask for it. Start-ups come and go every day. It's imperative to your success that you align yourself with a company that has been and will be around for the duration.
Network Marketing Recruiting Secrets-
If you want to recruit people into your business you must have the right network marketing tool on your side. Buying generic leads and cold calling will take you forever to explode your network marketing team. Plus it's not duplicable. When it comes to Network Marketing Recruiting, you have to take total control and responsibility of your business. I suggest you learn how to generate your own traffic and leads that are only yours. A great network marketing tool will give you the ability to generate highly targeted red-hot leads for your business and give you the power to help fund all your advertising cost so you can advertise and generate leads endlessly. This tool must also be able to make you a profit while doing your Network Marketing Recruiting even if no one joins your primary business.
A network marketing tool that gives you the power to have an endless advertising budget, put you in profit and build a highly targeted list, makes it much less challenging to build your business. Also your targeted list of people are other network marketers. As you build this targeted list of network marketing professionals, you will start to build relationships with them by teaching them what you learned to be a massive success so they can be more successful as well. Being a solution provider gives you the opportunity to build that relationship with them. Network Marketing Recruiting becomes easier and much more fun when people off this list start calling you or asking you what business your in. Then it's just a matter of exposing them to your opportunity. This network marketing tool will be a tool that is duplicable, provides grass roots Internet marketing and traffic generation training so everyone you introduce to it can use it.
You want to lead with a solution that will put people on your list in a position to see more success in their own business. Build that relationship with them first and then do your Network Marketing Recruiting last. By showing them that they can trust and respect you as a mentor, you will have a growing business of highly motivated network marketers who work together on your team for massive success. Their are thousands of network marketers out their looking for someone that can show them the right way to build their business. Putting yourself in a position as someone of value is the most important factor for you to master. This will attract other leaders in our industry to you. Like I said earlier, Network Marketing Recruiting is much more fun when you become the hunted instead of being the one who always does the hunting.
MLM Leaders v MLM Management
For you to be successful over time in MLM and to have the income you want, and all the other perks, you absolutely will need to become a wise & strategic leader.
How does that happen? Let’s start at the beginning.
MLM business management & MLM leadership are 2 completely different critters. Yes, they are related. Sort of like 2nd cousins. Or 3rd. Or maybe 4th or 5th. Truth is, they are very, very different.
Management power comes from ownership or position - it doesn’t require consent of any team. Management, depending on their abilities and the situation, can be effective without any great love between managers and employees, and without the agreement of those being managed … although you’d sure like BOTH these factors for optimum results.
Effective leadership, on the other hand, demands that you clearly understand, agree with, nurture and promote the unwritten agreement you have with your team. You the leader - must have both the WILL and the ABILITY to direct the team to bring about the shared, desired results. Any team’s ultimate success requires both effective management and leadership.
No leader can force anyone to do anything for very long. Your team must want to follow you, or it will all fall apart. You promise very specific results, and you spotlight a step-by-step plan to achieve them. You do everything in your power to make it as easy as possible for each team member to walk (or run) their chosen path. When you truly capture the minds and hearts of team members, they subscribe to your plan and commit to their assigned roles … because by doing so, they move closer to achieving what they want.
Timeless Principles Of Network Marketing Success
I have been fortunate enough to network with the very big players in network marketing, as well as little players, and everywhere in between. What I have observed I have come to call the “timeless principles of network marketing success.”
Here is what I have learned.
1. The utterly persistent will always meet success. It doesn’t take a rocket science to figure this one out when you see that 95% of all distributors who stick with their company for at least 10 years reach the highest level of their company’s compensation plan. A testament to the persistence factor.
2. There is something about having that persistence that fuels ever more growth. When you have that persistence you have a die hard belief to find some way to build the business no matter what. For some people that may just be talking to more people like advocated, for others it might be utilizing marketing strategies to generate more leads. Whatever it is…the persistence factor is what pushes a certain type of person to find information that leads to success in network marketing while others would give up.
3. Networkers never stop networking. I have talked to highly successful network marketers who keep lists of every single person they have ever talked to…just incase. They have direct mailing lists, heavy hitter’s lists; they have all sorts of list. That way, if the time came when they needed a new company, they already have an infrastructure in place to rebuild a colossal organization at their fingertips.
4. They constantly develop themselves, educated themselves, and fill themselves up with more value. Because LEADERS, by their very nature, offer value to other people. And the only way we can do that is if we have built our own value. Success in network marketing can be created by constantly building your own value. Don’t ever stop.
These timeless principles have not failed, nor will they fail. Embody them, study them, and devote yourself to them and success will find you.
The Habit of MLM Success
If there's one thing that is coming ever so clearer to me about MLM regarding a factor dictating a persons success (or not), it's about a person's habits in life.
What kind of habits that person has about M.L.M. will literally define the level of success they have.
Think about it.
What kind of habits do you have in your everyday life? Let's look at it. Or at least write about it.
You're daily going to your work.
You get up, get dressed, have breakfast, drive to work in the same manner and route, walk to your office, sit at your desk or cubie and go about your daily routine.
You talk to the same folks.
You do the same work one morning to the next, generally. And then you have a break or two and then have your lunch.
You go through the afternoon and then drive home again through the same route and then get home and possibly kiss your spouse hello. You have supper and then maybe play with the kids or watch the television until it's bedtime and then you dream about your desired wants and start the process all over again the next day.
I ask you. How much do you really think you had, or have, to think to get through your day after day routine? I'll bet not much.
Because it's a routine.
Was it always a routine? No.
At one point you had to figure all this stuff out.
You had to determine when to get up for that new job and what you would do everyday and how you would drive there and when you would get home and when you had to go to bed to be amply rested for the next day at work.
Essentially, you had to learn your new day. And you had to learn your behavior to get you through your new daily routine.
After a while, your routine became just that. Routine. It became a habit.
You did it, and you're doing it NOW without even thinking about it.
You're just doing it.
Day after day after day after day after day.
And then the weekend arrives and you go through the escape from work routine until the next workweek arrives.
Your present life.
A routine habit.
That's how we humans operate. By learning behaviors until they become habits.
The big question with all this is what kind of habits do you have in your life today. Are they habits that are getting you what you want, or are they leading you in the opposite direction?
This is the key question to determining your success with your MLM biz. Let's discuss it further.
I'll explain and I'll keep this real simple and hopefully very clear in understanding...
You see, our lives are about habits. That's the way the human mind works. We were programmed through repetition. This occurred to us from our birth onto this physical plane and continues to this day.
How did you learn how to walk? Through forced repetition and failure, right?
How did you learn to write anything? Repeating the same behavior over and over and over again.
Last, how did you learn how to type on that keyboard in front of you right now? Even if you're a one-finger typing machine, you still learned and are learning through repeating the same actions over and over until you master the activity you're attempting to succeed at.
Okay, so we know how you get a habit. By forced repetition.
It's not rocket science and you've probably heard it stated like this elsewhere many times before. I don't profess to be the originator of this thought but it is crucial to understanding how this comes about and how your mind works to create a habit.
So, let's move on to what happens IN you, or more specifically, in your mind, once this habit...the habit in question is 'mastered'.
What happens to that habit? What happens is, it disappears from sight, and almost from mind.
You see, your conscious thinking about your habit turns from being a thought or series of thoughts that you are repeating to yourself in your conscious mind about the action to ultimately unconscious thoughts stored in your subconscious mind.
Okay, I know. Big jump there.
I'll go more slowly.
Simply, as long as you're thinking about the action that you're doing, then you're working in your conscious mind. Because you actually have to keep telling yourself, your mind, what to do, you haven't yet mastered the action in question. You have to continue to think about it.
You haven't mastered it yet and you haven't made it a habit yet. A habit that you don't and no longer have to 'think' about.
But when you do enter this zone, this habitual way of thinking, the habit becomes unconscious. In other words, ou no longer have to think about it.
As Nike said so perfectly many years ago...You simply 'just do it'.
You just do it.
You don't think about it.
You don't mull it over.
You don't stop yourself before you get past the starting line.
You don't need to be externally motivated.
You don't need to listen to your doubts, hesitation, and fears and all that stuff.
You don't have to tell yourself anything consciously.
You just do it.
So who's in the drivers seat then?
Your subconscious mind.
It's now operating on automatic pilot and allowing you to automatically think the thoughts that cause the behavior that makes you do the action without you getting in the way. Or at least having your conscious mind impeding your progress.
How do you think you can drive a car, chew gum, drink coffee, listen to the radio, and give the odd person the bird who cuts in front of you on the freeway? And you do this all at the same time!
Do you think you just started out driving your car this way and you did all this without ever hurting yourself or killing someone else in the process? Of course not.
You had to 'learn' the behavior. And as you mastered one aspect of the concept of driving, you moved onto the next aspect.
Driving the car on the way to your J.O.B.
And then listening to the radio while driving the car on the way to your J.O.B.
And then drinking coffee while listening to the radio while driving the car on the way to your J.O.B.
And so on and so on. Eventually, you didn't even have to think about what you were doing. You just did it.
It all became a habit.
And as you mastered a portion of that behavior you continued to add other behavior onto your activity of driving until you ultimately were doing all that stuff, at the same time you were driving the car.
That is how your mind works. That is how your subconscious mind works.
Again, you want to tell yourself something so you have conscious thoughts in your conscious mind. You continue to tell yourself, direct yourself to do those actions with your conscious mind until those desired actions are no longer conscious. Do you do those actions before that happens? Probably not.
Why not? Because your conscious mind will stop you with all the reasons 'why not to' do that stuff.
Rather what WILL happen when this process becomes a habit within your mind is your thoughts will essentially get taken over by the subconscious mind. Your thoughts will be passed down into the subconscious mind and it just dictates the actions that you desire without you having to repeat yourself.
Your subconscious mind doesn't judge, opinionate, disagree, agree, or even care about what you want it to do and what you are telling it to do from your conscious mind. It just accepts your desired activity request and follows through with it.
And what happens then?
Voila! A habit is formed.
Now, let's move on to your MLM business.
What are your habits pertaining to your MLM business? I'll bet that they aren't too good or too effective. Otherwise, you wouldn't be reading this article, would you?
NO badgering intended on my part, just the truth.
Again, what are your habits with your beginning and maybe floundering MLM biz? Do you have the habits that all successful MLM'ers have? Do you work on your business in the right 'HABITUAL' way?
The way that those successful MLM folks do?
Do you work on yourself in a way that will grow you as a person so that your business will grow along with you? Or are you stuck in trying to figure out how to make all of this work without really sticking with the successful actions?
You see, since you're probably not making it happen too well with your MLM biz, or you're just starting out with it, you probably don't have any successful habits with your biz.
This is not pounding-on-you or beating-you-up time from me. I'm just stating the facts.
I ask you, why would you have the habits of MLM success down pat? Right now, today, you wouldn't. If you did, you'd be an MLM heavy wouldn't you?
So, since we agree that getting into the habit of MLM is your ultimate goal so that you make your primary deal work and get this puppy rolling to the finish line for you, then you need to do a little work on your conscious mind and re- program that subconscious mind hiding beneath it.
You need to implant into your subconscious mind the habits of successful MLM'ers.
You need to have the daily necessary thoughts that create the behaviors and actions to grow your business AND yourself become as automatic as driving that car on the freeway whilst you chew and drink and listen and curse at those 'other' ignorant drivers.
Yes, it has to become that automatic. Otherwise, you won't make it. I guarantee you that.
You see, your mind, our minds, are all the same. Basically.
And it is our 'mind' and only our mind that separates us from our pets. There is nothing more unique about the human body than what can be found in your pet cat or dog's body. Seriously.
But the only thing that you do have that is unique to you as an organism on this planet is your 'mind'. And all that that entails.
That's the great gift you've got and you need to learn how to properly program it so that you succeed in life and in your MLM business. You see, you need to develop some new habits.
You need to develop the habit of working on your business instead of watching the television for three hours every night.
You need to develop the habit of getting up an hour early every day to read a self-help book instead of sleeping-in again.
You need to stay away from the movie theater for that Saturday afternoon matinee so that you can get into the habit of using that time for calling those leads or that list you have. You need to develop that habit.
You need to develop the habit of believing in your company, your products, your business, the MLM industry, and most importantly...yourself. Yes, you need to make that a habit.
You don't have it that way yet. I know you don't.
You need to do what it takes to change your mind and you need to do it as many times as you find necessary until you're living the life of an MLM'er who is successful.
You need to inject into your days AND your life the habits of success in your MLM business that will get you what you want out of it.
What you are in the habit of doing right now WON'T get you there.
I'll repeat that.
> > > > > > < < < < <
What you are in the habit of doing right
now WON'T get you there.
> > > > > > < < < < <
Accept that. It won't.
But like a computer, your mind and your subconscious mind can be reprogrammed with success. And that reprogramming is not up to...
...your partner in life,
...your Higher Power,
...or anyone or anything else.
It's ultimately up to YOU.
Again, your life needs to become filled with the daily habits of successful MLM'ers.
You have to unconsciously choose and then do those actions that WILL get you what you are working towards with your business. They have to be automatic autopilot actions. Otherwise YOU'LL get in the way.
Like you are now.
And that is why you're spinning your wheels. And are frustrated to no end.
Get OUT of your way.
Get INTO your mind.
Develop the habits of successful MLM'ers. Look for them. Find the one's who made it big in the 90's. Perhaps even the late 90's. They know what it takes to make it big in today's MLM industry.
Mimic their actions. Mimic their thoughts. Mimic THEM.
Read the books they do. Listen to the tapes they do. Work on your-SELF like they are. Absorb their habits of BEING and doing MLM until you 'become' them in thought and activity. And you do what they do without second-guessing any of it.
Get your-self on autopilot.
Get your old programming erased.
Get your conscious mind out of the picture and delve into programming your subconscious mind. Yes, that unique part of you that has nothing to offer you but what you program it with.
Program it with the habit of MLM success.
Remember that overused saying... 'Change your mind, change your life'?
Now you know why it's so critical for you to do more than just read and remember it.
Go ahead. Change your mind.
And get in the habit of MLM success, okay?
A MASTERMIND GROUP
Having a Mastermind Group is A HUGE factor in building your business. In Napoleon Hills ( Think and Grow Rich ) he talks about the power of two minds that come together for a common cause. When 2 or more people put their minds together and mix this with belief the results produce 100 fold.
Mr. Hill studied 500 of the worlds most successful people for over twenty years and put this formula in 14 chapters. In chapter 5 called Specialized Knowledge he talks of how knowledge alone will not attract money unless it is organized, and intelligently directed, through practical plans of action, to the definite end of accumulation of money.
You must first learn how to organize and use knowledge after you acquire it.
First understand "educate" comes from the Latin word "educo," meaning to educe, to draw out, to Develop from within.
An educated man is one who has so developed the faculties of his mind that he may acquire anything he wants, or its equivalent , without violating the rights of others.
A perfect example of what this means and how to grasp its meaning is looking at Henry Ford during the World War. Mr Ford was called "an ignorant pacifist" by a Chicago newspaper. Mr Ford took the paper to court where their Attorneys tried to embarrass him with a variety of questions.
"Who was Benedit Arnold and "How many soldiers did the British send over to America to put down the Rebellion of 1776?" Which Mr. Ford replied, "I do not know the exact number of soldiers but I have heard it was a considerably larger number than ever went back." After growing tired of this questioning Mr. Ford leaned over and pointed his finger at the lawyers and said,"If I should really WANT to answer any of your foolish questions, let me remind you that I have a row of push buttons on my desk, and by pushing the right button, I can summon to my aid men who can answer ANY question I desire. Now could you kindly tell me why I should clutter up my mind with general knowledge, for the purpose of being able to answer questions, when I have men around me who can supply any knowledge in which I require?"
This was an answer of a well educated man who knows how to organize it into definite plans of ACTION . Through the assistance of his "MASTERMIND GROUP,"Henry Ford had at his command all the specialized Knowledge he needed to become one of the wealthiest men in America.
Keep in mind that this was in the early 1930"s. Today with the internet and technology at your fingertips, putting together a couple of people who want to accomplish the same goal, add their own strength's and weaknesses. You can move extremely fast in attracting wealth in your life.
I would challenge you to start one if you don't already have one. Let the forum be POSITIVE only, no negativity. It could be in a blog or on a 3 way call.
7 MLM Marketing Advantages of a Strong Team
Once you have a strong network marketing team, you get added benefits. It's not just all the extra results you can get with people working together ... it's also the fact that you now have a brand new reason for people to join you, that most in network marketing don't have.
Observe The Group With a Marketer's Eye
Watch closely as your MLM team develops. What features and benefits do you see that really appeal to YOU? Ask a lot of questions of team members and prospects. The prospects you talk to are considering MLM and your company for certain reasons ... and some of those reasons will be the same as the reasons that brought YOU into this group. It's important to take the time to figure out what those reasons are, because they will help you really strengthen your presentation to MLM prospects.
Become an expert on MLM teams. Learn everything you can - how a team is put together, all the ways a newcomer can use the team, some of the unusual applications that most people wouldn't think of. What is the real emotional appeal of a team to your MLM prospect? The more you learn, the more powerful you will be in championing the team idea to your MLM leads.
Tap Into Your Own Team Experiences In Your Life
Sports teams, school clubs, any type of group aligned to achieve a common goal. What emotions did you go through at the time? What were the fun aspects? What experiences did you have that you could use as stories now to support the need for your prospects to be part of a strong team? You need a clear understanding of the nature of your team, or you won't be effective at promoting it.
So as you talk to prospects, tell them about your experiences with the team and the difference you see in having a team to rely on, versus "doing it all yourself". These will ring true with your prospects, and any one of them could be the deal-maker.
The 7 MLM Strong Team Marketing Advantages
1. The feeling of belonging. Wanting to be part of the group is a basic feature of human nature.
2. The ability to benefit from the knowledge and experience of others. It's easy to set up an online discussion group just for your team, so that anyone can ask a question and get responses from those who have been there, done that. The result it, a new person can get up to speed in your business much faster than they can anywhere else.
3. If you have a set series of team conference calls, then team members can bring prospects on the call, and the prospect will hear a LOT of voices and a LOT of different messages about your MLM products and company. It's not just a single person trying to sell them.
4. A new person knows they can bring in another new person into that business, and they will get immediate GOOD training from the team. So often in MLM, no training at all occurs.
5. A team with good leadership and an overall philosophy will develop a family atmosphere, friendly and joking in team conference calls. Many newcomers who hear that want to be a part of it.
6. You can offer a Team Mastermind call, where you brainstorm certain aspects of the business. When you have 2 dozen people looking at one idea, you will get several different suggestions on how to implement it and enhance it. The whole becomes much more than the sum of the parts.
7. For your prospect to value joining your network marketing team, it's important for you to understand MLM emotion marketing. Many people in MLM and other home businesses are very familiar with the feeling of being left alone to sink or swim, having to do it all by yourself. It's a raw nerve with a lot of people, so you definitely want to bring it to their attention.
The bottom line is, observe your guys and see how they work together. You will notice many MLM team benefits that you can stress to your prospects, which will help them become contributing members to YOUR team.
with all this points if followed promptly will lead to a successful and a strong MLM.

As a network marketing distributor, it is always important to keep abreast of the current best practices to ensure on-going business and growth. Here are the 6 best practices that many top mlm leaders are using to successfully build their businesses.
*Always have a advertising budget whether you are marketing online, offline, or doing a combination of both. Advertising is essential to your business life and growth. Stick to your budget for a year so that you will have on-going momentum. At the end of the year, evaluate how you have done and make adjustments as needed.
*Keep in contact with your team. You can touch base with them on a regular basis by phone or by email. This is an important best practice strategy to implement, especially for those on your team who are serious team builders. Your team members joined, hopefully, because they know, like, and trust you. This doesn't stop after they join you, so keep in close contact. Once your team grows, you likely will not be able to talk and work with everyone 1:1. However, you can still work closely with your top leaders and teach them how to work with their people. This ensures strong support throughout the team.
*Be consistent with lead generation. As a network marketing distributor, having a constant influx of interested prospects in your pipeline is necessary. It is also important to make sure that the system you use to attract prospects is duplicatable. In other words, it should be so simple that a veteran or someone just starting out can use successfully.
*Build leaders and make them successful. You want to hear from your business builders, "I'll do whatever it takes", and not "Well, I'll just try and give it a shot." The second response usually means if things don't work out for the person, they very well may quit. Leaders also make sure their distributors order products. They never complain to their upline or downline, and have their own aspirations, goals, and drams. True leaders also will run a meeting if you are away. You want to build leaders with strengths such as these on your team.
*Have a written plan. As a professional network marketing distributor, always write out your plan and how you desire to achieve your goals. Do this on a weekly basis, work it, and then review it at the end of the week. If you are not satisfied with how things turned out, make adjustments for the following week.
*Discover the marketing practice that works best for you and become really good at it. This may be article writing, blogging, creating on-line videos, e-zine advertising, etc. If you are not sure what you want to do, implement what is working for others until you find what works best for you.
Becoming a successful network marketing distributor and leader does involve following the best practices others are using with great success. Study them, implement them consistently, and watch your business experience on-going growth.

In order to build a strong team in any MLM Program you need to be a Leader yourself. Now, besides being a Leader, you need to have thorough knowledge of the different techniques and methods used for advertising, promoting and lead generating. Share these methods and techniques with your team members so that they, in turn, can build and maintain their own downline. The key to explosive growth is to create a strong team identity.
Set aside a few hours each day to answer queries put forth by members in your downline. Be available for discussions or questions via chat; preferably two different periods of the day to suit members living in different time zones or countries. You need to share your expertise with them. The key factor is to let your downline know you care. This concern can be conveyed to them by having a newsletter. The newsletter can be delivered to their mail box via autoresponder or any other means. There are autoresponders which are available for free, but still serve the purpose. Your aim is to show your downline you care and are willing to support them in every way possible. Lack of support will see the demise of your team. If you have cd’s or dvd’s explaining the program, hand them out to your team members to use. Make up some brochures or business cards and give your team members their own cards or brochures with their details on them so they can use them for their own promotion. Hold conference calls regularly in order to train your team members.
Basically what it all boils down to is helping your team as much as you possibly can and encouraging them to do the same with their downline. Being a good and helpful team leader will certainly pay rich dividends in the days ahead.
I wind up by saying, "United We Stand, Divided We Fall".
