I apologize in advance if this is the wrong location for this question, but I run a blog and one of my visitors asked the following question:

"I have written a series of cook books.I am marketing them as eBooks while I create a publishing budget. I’m offering them on my website and at LULU.com…I’m doing better on my own,with pay-pal, email, and my site file manager(from which I cut and paste into hyper links in customer emails). Is there a better way? Have any ideas how I can keep the links secure, and single use only?"

I mentioned that I thought Paypal could deliver her ebooks securely for one-time use and I also thought autoresponders might do the same thing, but I recall hearing these things from what I've read and not from actually experience.

Can any of you expand on this or offer other potential solutions?

Perhaps he/she can add a disclaimer on the ebook saying the y can and will track down and sue anyone who pass the ebooks around. -------------------- Warning! Do not click here!
