It is just 3 level and 2 under each, i.e you at the top and two under you in first level and 4 in second level, you cycle out and get $200 cash, a PIN to bring in a contact of yours and reentry at the bottom of the board to cycle and make $200 again. and all your referrals follow you.
There is no need to have a PS in order to cycle, even if you don't recruit you can cycle if you are at the top and your 2nd level is filled with 4, you cycle out

6 Star Express Update - Credit Card Processing System Approval
We have now secured our new Credit Card processing.
Great news is that we dont need to use a Pre-Auth System.
This means that all Credit Card Payments will be settled instantly.
New fraud systems allow us to check the credit card holders address against they address they supply, which is one thing we have never done in the past.
Even with our previous sophisticated fraud system, people worked out how to fake IP addresses to get around the system.
E-gold is an uncertainty at the moment due to how high the exchange rates are, as well as many people getting accounts blocked.
Solid Trust Pay, Credit Card and Bank Account Debits will be the initial payment methods.
During pre-launch we will look at implementing Liberty Reserve.
The 6 Star Express Plan is a 1 board 3 level system.
$99 to purchase the wholesale business, $200 when you cycle + follow the leader entry + 6 Star Express PIN to make another placement.
It is a forced 2x2 team build so "Spillover" is turned ON and cannot be turned OFF.
Cycle and you have 2 placements on your leaders board which only leaves a maximum of 2 placements to break the board again.
The site is in testing mode at the moment and is scheduled to launch on Monday 29th September.
