Guys, what do you do to stay healthy and how to stay in shape at any age?
1. Start your day with a glass of warm lemon water.
2. Have breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a pauper.
3. 30 minutes of brisk walking, 6 times a week, is my drug and thankfully a legal one.
4. Drink at least 8 glass of water ( 1 litre ). Yes, you'll have to pee a lot!
5. Switch off gadgets at least one hour before going to bed and read a book instead.
