When I began waist training, I was ALWAYS working out in them. This is the only reason why I was seeing the results. This is the number one reason people give up on waist training because they think they will obtain a 24 inch waist by sitting around eating potato chips. NO! You absolutely have to be active while wearing them. If you are more into cardio, you will see much faster results then those who stick in the weight room. Waist trainers work by basically by squeezing everything in for you, which work well when working out.
Waist trainers also work well for a temporary hourglass fix. If you have a special event and want to hide them fat rolls, it will do just that. keep in mind if you are not active, that is just a temporary fix!
Most people whine about how waist clinchers are �dangerous� well, I don�t know how much I believe that, my boyfriend is a doctor and just advises me to wear it with precaution. This is why you get the correct size and take it off if you are uncomfortable or having difficulty breathing.
