I have for you some information..
FX Zapper is a scam EA from the "developers" of old scam called FxBrokerBuster. As you remember FxBrokerBuster was stolen from the free EA called Donchian MA Scalper from the Elite section of funyoo’s tradingsystemforex forum. After 4xProject busted the scammer he decided to stop the sales and came up with new idea...
Imagine what happened? He simply took another free EA from poor funyoo guy and called it FX Zapper. The free EA was originally called Xbars MA Scalper (tradingsystemforex.com/expert-advisors-backtesting/3608-xbars-ma-scalper.html)..
What a shame. Beware guys.
I know people are very cautious of trading but my question why is it a scam. I trade a system that I purchased for $2000 and if you believe what you read then you would never but it. I am proof that it makes you money. I am not wealthy and I still have a job and they do not promote that it will turn you into a millionaire overnight. Trading strategies work and why they fail is the person behind the system. I too am about about to start testing a robot to run in conjunction with my current system to smooth the equity curve over a 12 month period. I would be happy if my testing will put 20% in my account extra each year.
So my question to you are how long did you test it for?
Did the robot take on big loss then you walked away?
Do you know they are a legitimate scam if so how and why?
Did you stop trading during major announcements(eg non-farm payrolls)
This is a biggie volatility during some announcements blow the spread out of the water. So when I test my robot i will turn it off during periods that I know are wrong and be patient. Let the market come to you don't chase it.
But there are scams out there I agree, but with these robots I wonder if a little bit of trading experience could resolve a lot of the scam titles. I will be placing videos on you tube to see how my take on them will work and also compare to the websites results.
