		<description><![CDATA[Most people think that to overcome panic and phobias, you are supposed<br />to 'face your fears' Well that's a load of crap. The reason you feel<br />panic is that a young part of you is terrified and doesn't trust the<br />older parts of you to look after it. Forcing that young part to do<br />something it clearly doesn't want to do will make the panic worse.<br /><br />Try this: Next time you panic, remove yourself from whatever it is<br />that's causing it. I panic on buses and trains, I don't force myself<br />to take trains, if I take a bus, I say to that part, "If you want to<br />get off, we will get off". When I go to the cinema/theatre, I pre-book<br />an aisle seat, I find out where the exit is and I say to myself "If<br />you want to leave, we'll leave" I have been doing this for several<br />years now and it really works. I can sit in waiting rooms now,<br />something I could never do before, because that young part of me knows<br />that if it wants to get up and go, we will, without hesitation. It has<br />learned to trust me. In turn, I can reason with it sometimes when I<br />really want to stay and I can be really kind to it and even ask it to<br />try and be OK (this mostly works, but I still have work to do on<br />this). I never take medication for panic, I think that this is really<br />disrespectful to the parts of you that are trying to communicate, you<br />just have to listen to them and eventually they will be less<br />terrified, learn to trust you and panic attacks do get much less. I<br />know that one day, I wont need to have them at all any more.<br /><br />Good Luck!<br />]]></description>

I have found, finally, that the answer is actually very simple.<br /><br />The solution, which worked for me, was combined of two layers: tongue and gums. First your gums must be healthy. If they are swell or bleeding it will lead to a very bad breath situation and there is no need to go into details here. You could use special toothpaste if it’s a swell or dentist treatment if it’s a gum problem. Simply cure your gums. The tongue is the second ingredient. It has lots of bad breath causing bacteria. The high risk groups for novel H1N1 flu are not known at this time, but it’s possible that they may be the same as for seasonal influenza. People at higher risk of serious complications from seasonal flu include people age 65 years and older, children younger than 5 years old, pregnant women, people of any age with chronic medical conditions (such as asthma, diabetes, or heart disease), and people who are immunosuppressed (e.g., taking immunosuppressive medications, infected with HIV).<br />Avoid Contact With Others<br /><br />If you are sick, you may be ill for a week or longer. Unless necessary for medical care, you should stay home and minimize contact with others, including avoiding travel and not going to work or school, for 7 days after your symptoms begin or until you have been symptom-free for 24 hours, whichever is longer. If you leave the house to seek medical care, wear a facemask, if available and tolerable, and cover your coughs and sneezes with a tissue. In general, you should avoid contact with other people as much as possible to keep from spreading your illness, especially people at increased risk of severe illness from influenza. With seasonal flu, people may be contagious from one day before they develop symptoms to up to 7 days after they get sick. Children, especially younger children, might potentially be contagious for longer periods.  People infected with the novel H1N1 are likely to have similar patterns of infectiousness as with seasonal flu.<br /><br />Treatment is Available for Those Who Are Seriously III<br /><br />It is expected that most people will recover without needing medical care.<br /><br />If you have severe illness or you are at high risk for flu complications, contact your health care provider or seek medical care. Be aware that if the flu becomes widespread, less testing will be needed, so your health care provider may decide not to test for the flu virus.<br /><br />Antiviral drugs can be given to treat those who become severely ill with influenza. These antiviral drugs are prescription medicines (pills, liquid or an inhaler) with activity against influenza viruses, including novel H1N1 flu virus. These medications must be prescribed by a health care professional.<br /><br />There are two influenza antiviral medications that are recommended for use against novel H1N1 flu. The drugs that are used for treating novel H1N1 flu are called oseltamivir (trade name Tamiflu ®) and zanamivir (Relenza ®). As the novel H1N1 flu spreads, these antiviral drugs may become in short supply. Therefore, the drugs may be given first to those people who have been hospitalized or are at high risk of severe illness from flu. The drugs work best if given within 2 days of becoming ill, but may be given later if illness is severe or for those at a high risk for complications.<br /><br />Aspirin or aspirin-containing products (e.g., bismuth subsalicylate – Pepto Bismol) should not be administered to any confirmed or suspected ill case of novel influenza A (H1N1) virus infection aged 18 years old and younger due to the risk of Reye’s syndrome. 		<description><![CDATA[David Carpenter, director of the Institute of Health and Environment at the University of Albany.<br /><br /> <img src="http://www.dreamteammoney.com/style_emoticons/default/thumbdown.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":thumbdown:" border="0" alt="thumbdown.gif" /> <b><!--sizeo:3--><span style="font-size:12pt;line-height:100%"><!--/sizeo-->Brain Cancer Link To Cell-phone<!--sizec--></span><!--/sizec--></b><br /><br />The potential link between mobile telephones and brain cancer could be similar to the link between lung cancer and smoking -- something tobacco companies took 50 years to recognize, according to US scientists' warning. <br /><br />Scientists are currently split on the level of danger the biological effects of the magnetic field emitted by cellular telephones poses to humans. <br /><br />However, society "must not repeat the situation we had with the relationship between smoking and lung cancer where we ... waited until every 'i' was dotted and 't' was crossed before warnings were issued," said David Carpenter, director of the Institute of Health and Environment at the University of Albany, in testimony before a subcommittee of the US House of Representatives Committee on Oversight and Reform. <br /><br />"Precaution is warranted even in the absence of absolutely final evidence concerning the magnitude of the risk" -- especially for children, said Carpenter. <br /><br />Ronald Herberman, director of the University of Pittsburgh Cancer Institute -- one of the top US cancer research centers -- said that most studies "claiming that there is no link between cell phones and brain tumors are outdated, had methodological concerns and did not include sufficient numbers of long-term cell phone users." <br /><br />Many studies denying a link defined regular cell phone use as "once a week," he said. <br />"Recalling the 70 years that it took to remove lead from paint and gasoline and the 50 years that it took to convincingly establish the link between smoking and lung cancer, I argue that we must learn from our past to do a better job of interpreting evidence of potential risk," said Herberman. <br /><br />A brain tumor can take dozens of years to develop, the scientists said. <br />Carpenter and Herberman both told the committee the brain cancer risk from cell phone use is far greater for children than for adults. <br /><br />Herberman held up a model for lawmakers showing how radiation from a cell phone penetrates far deeper into the brain of a five-year-old than that of an adult. <br /><br />The committee were shown several European studies, particularly surveys from Scandinavia -- where the cell phone was first developed -- which show that the radiation emitted by cell phones have definite biological consequences. <br /><br />For example, a 2008 study by Swedish cancer specialist Lennart Hardell found that frequent cell phone users are twice as likely to develop a benign tumor on the auditory nerves of the ear most used with the handset, compared to the other ear. <br /><br />A separate study in Israel determined that heavy cell phone users had a 50 percent increased likelihood in developing a salivary gland tumor. <br /><br />In addition, a paper published this month by the Royal Society in London found that adolescents who start using cell phones before the age of 20 were five times more likely to develop brain cancer at the age of 29 than those who didn't use a cell phone. <br /><br />"It's only on the side of the head where you use the cell phone," Carpenter said. <br />"Every child is using cell phones all of the time, and there are three billion cell phone users in the world," said Herberman. <br /><br />He added that, like the messages that warn of health risks on cigarette packs, cell phones "need a precautionary message." <br /><br />Carpenter described the situation as "a critical public health issue," and called on the US government to support further research and for the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), in charge of monitoring the use of the radio spectrum, "to review their standards." <br /><br />Also testifying was Julius Knapp, who heads the FCC office of engineering and technology -- responsible for setting limits for human exposure to radio frequency (RF) energy from electronic devices like telephones that they approve, to prevent it from heating up live tissue. <br /><br />"It is important to understand that we rely on guidance from US health, safety and environmental agencies in setting those limits," Knapp said. <br /><br />He added: "The FCC staff is not sufficiently qualified to speak with authority to the science of health effects of RF absorption in the body."<br /><br />]]></description>
