Here is a basic explanation.For more info see slide show above.

� Stage 1 : Let us start with Stage 1 which has 2 positions in first level and 4 in 2nd level and 8 in 3rd level, and whenever these are filled, you get $5 for each in your matrix, whether it is filled by your effort, spillover or spillunder.

$5 from Very first position in every level goes to something called saved account or Ignition levels. Once you have 3 x $5 = $15 in this saved account, it is paid to your immd upline and you qualify to move to next stage.

Remember No sponsoring is required here to qualify, also in case if you qualify late and your next stage starts working, your money would go nowhere and the moment you qualify, you can cash out all the money that you have in stage two.

One can take Multiple positions and best is to go for tripod (1+2) or seven (1 + 2 + 7) positions. Each position must have unique user name and email address.

Eg : In Stage 1, $5 from each of 3 level = $15 goes to saved account and paid to your upline. You are paid $5 for each position in your matrix. So from first level u make $5(1x$5), from 2nd you make $15(3X$5) and from 3rd you make $35(7x$5), so in Total $5+$15+35= $55 you can cash out from this stage.

� Stage Two: This has 4th level (16 positions), 5th (32 positions) and 6th(64 positions). As explained above $5 from each of 3 level goes to saved account and once u hv $15 in that it is paid to your upline and you advance to Stage Three.
Now in Stage Two you can cashout 15x5 = $75 from 4th level, 31 x 5 = $155 from 5th level and 63x5 = $315 from 6th level. Total of $35+$75+$315 = $425 from this stage.

� Stage Three - Same like above after qualifying, you make 127x5 = $635 (7th level), 255x5 = $1275(8th level) and 511x5= $2555. Total of 635+255+1275 = $2165 from this stage.

� And so on for Stages Four, Five and Six. See the slide show above Link.
