My WebMoney account ( WM-ID ) Got blocked about 4 month ago , my business Level turned to " 0 " from " 240 " and I could not be able to transfer money but incoming transfers could be possible!!

I sent many tickets to WM Support regarding this issue ,and after 3 days they replied me " Please explain your transaction between this WM Purse ".

I replied them and told them the truth ( events ) about this transduction.again after a while they replied and ask me. I have to get Personal Passport in order to working with WM Company , I said " That's Ok " I will get Personal Passport.

After a few days I sent a copy of my documents to them via E:mail and asked them , is that ok? is my documents acceptable ? if yes please let me know , so I can send these documents directly to Russia.

They answered : Yes , Please send it to our postal address. , I paid high and posted required documents through TNT service. they got it after 3 days , and again replied me after 2-3 days later.

" We have received your documents but this is not acceptable for us , because your signatures cant be verified " . while they replied me that is ok and I can send it. anyway

I sent many tickets to them and after a period time , I decided to get Personal Passport through an Registrar from my country , I send my document to them and my Account got verified and I have received Personal Passport after that I sent an email immediately to WM company but it seems they are not going to fix my problem , they are not replying me , I just ask to one of my Russian friend to call them in order to fix the problem , but I am still not able to send my funds and working with it.

and at the end : I think WebMoney only working with Russian peoples and doesn't care about foreigner.

I sign up for EGOPAY account on 09/09/2012 and uploaded funds using my verified Payza account.....
The transaction was fast but the commission was very high 0.59$ + 3.9% (Too much)


Now what happens when you need the money?
Simply you spend it from your account !
And I needed to exchange the EGOPAY into Liberty Reserve using a very famous and reliable exchanger.....
But wait ...... they put the money on hold !!!!!!!!
