I joined bux.to in the begining of this year 2008 and by February 2nd 2008 placed in a cashout request of nearly $2,000! I have yet to see this money in my alertpay account even though its showing up as paid. I wrote to the company and they do quickly reply however their answer has always been everything's confirmed and you will be paid soon. That was now 4 months ago. I even sent them information such as a credit card statement and Passport photo that they said I had to do in order to get my money. Needless to say I watch my credit like a hawk now as I don't trust this place at all anymore. Any ideas on when or if I will ever get paid from this company?

Unbelievably, many people actually believe that they can make a spend of $30 and receive
$12,500 as soon as 30,000 "units" are sold.

Here is a copy of the message I sent to my list on November 7....

This program promises to pay $12,500 for every $30 unit purchased.

They are selling 30,000 units. Once these units are sold the passive members will each
receive $12,500. Active members will receive more.

This is very similar to the Reverse Pension Programs that have come and gone. Not
one of these programs had paid a dime to the members.

As soon as 30,000 units are purchased the folks running thirtydollarunit will have collected
$900,000. They say they will then pay the members $12,500 per unit owned. This
totals $375,000,000.

Despite this very unrealistic scenario, thousands of people will join this program
because of the low cost involved. This is why we have seen many of these types
of programs. They are able to steal a small amount from each member of a very
large group. As I stated in my message about the RPP programs...

"Yes, people DO join, thousands of them. Sadder yet is that they simply do not
care if they lose the money. However, it gets worse. When thousands of people
willingly throw money at a scam they perpetuate a on-going cycle of future scams."

Apparently, the person who sent me the message is content that at least one person has provided "proof"
that at least one member has been paid. The reality is this - if this program has paid any of its members
they would be shouting the news from their rooftops. The program would not have to prove anything.
It is most likely that this program has not paid anyone from any "previous cycle", just as it is highly
likely that they will not pay a single member in the future. Here is my reply....

Programs like the RPPs and Thirty Dollar Unit are actually brilliant scams.
No one is real concerned about losing $30. That is why thousands of dreamers
throw money at these programs and it is why they will continue to proliferate.

However, in this case, it looks as though Stella will be intervening. I am pleased to have been
instrumental in making her aware of this. It is nice to know that these people will recover their
funds due to Stella's intervention. What is really important is that these ruthless thieves will
not be collecting tens of thousands of dollars and that they may find it increasingly difficult

I just finished up confirming a scam. The events were truly unbelievable. I can't even begin to describe how ridiculous this scammer actually is...

I am going to post a summary of the events, some posts, and then conversation logs. Please give me your thoughts on this.

A friend of mine posted my new HYIP program on MakeGoldForum.com, so I naturally visited the forum and posted more information on the program. Basically I posted what is on my site, and a few comments and details that I felt were necessary to add.

A little later, the administrator of this forum decided to posted his thoughts:

First off, take notice to the terrible spelling and sentence structure. This guy isn't fit to run a forum, or anything for that matter. But anyway!

I sign on to my Instant Messenger programs and am immediately greeted by someone on YIM claiming to be a member of that forum who is seeking to invest in the program. Naturally, I have a nice discussion with this man. Here is where the fun starts:

Now, I explain to this person that the Administrator is responsible for warning his forum members of the potential risk involved with HYIPs. However, Jordan insists that the Admin was attacking my program. After this, I took the initiative to contact the forum Admin, who just so happened to be online.

[07:11] mk11248: Hello there. My name is Michael Kovich, I am the Admin of the InfinityShadow HYIP Program.
[07:11] mk11248: Members of your forum have been contacting me saying that you're telling them my program is a scam. Could you give me more information on this, please?

I showed that to Jordan, and he wasn't quite so convinced.

Next, he offers to make an investment anyway. Pay attention to the amount:

Now - did we just go from 800$ to 4000$? Fascinating. Notice, also, how it took the administrator less than 2 minutes to convince him to invest 4000$ in my program.

Just before Jordan contacted the Admin, I asked the Admin to make a post clarifying his statement. He agrees, under the condition that I send him money.

So I figure, hey - for 30$ that isn't bad, but I still want the problem fixed, first. Well, he agrees that my program isn't a scam, but won't tell anyone unless I pay him.

Let me point out several things there.

What I said is French for 'Pleased to meet you.' however it seems Stacy doesn't know what it means, since she neglected to respond to it.

Well, Jordan had just told me:

Do you notice that last line? Both of them ask about the post, then say 'realy kool' with the same spelling errors. How could this be? Jordan is from the Middle East and Stacy is from France but living in London at the moment. It's not anything localized! Notice how both of them communicate with the admin and find what they're looking for in a matter of seconds.

Hmm. They are both going to be investing large sums, but later in the day. Notice how they both forget to put spaces in words, much like the admin? Take a look at how they also say 'bye for now'. Take a look at the Timestamps - even more fascinating! They leave right after one another.

If you haven't gathered yet, here is what I'm thinking:

Makegoldforum, Jordan, and Stacy are all the same people. This was a setup by Makegoldforum to lure me into believing people from the site wanted to invest, so long as the program had admin approval. However, Admin approval was available only if I would buy it from him.

Do you see what's going on here? The admin pretended to be other people to make an attempt at tricking me into purchasing from him.

So, I decide to confront the Admin, and here is the conversation. Be sure to notice how defensive he is, and how he attempts to turn everything around on me. He also demands that payment be made now.

I got a mail from a friend where CommerceBarter is promoting a sign up Bonus of US$400,--.
Registered and reinvested the full amount on the Hottest plan. A return of 900 procent within one day. The next day I had US$4,000 and also payment of a referral US$200,--.

Requested for $100,-- for my hard work. Immediately got a mail back that I needed to invest first $100,-- before I can make any withdrawal. Has anyone had the same experience here?? At this moment my account has $6,500.-- and yet.. not able to get the money...

I am not calling mystery shopping a scam so please dont misunderstand. Last week, and I dont know how they got my mailing address, I got a letter in the mail. I opened it and out fell a check made out to me in the sum of $3,912.00!! Man seeing those dollar signs! Especially for someone like me who is ill on a fixed income and I barely make it and get by. I read the letter with the check. It said it was for mystery shopping, 400. was paying me for my training, 300. I believe was for shopping and rating the stores and it said I could keep the merchandise. The balance, they said they were rating money gram and to do that I had to cash the check and send the balance back to them thru moneygram. Right then a red flag went off. They listed a phone number, I called and they did not know what I was talking about. IT was drawn on a real bank llocated in state college, PA. So I found the banks number and called them to see if the funds were legit. As soon as I told the lady the company name, she laughed and said it was a fraudulent check. To me the check looked totally legit, had all the right stuff and markings on it. She said they have been doing this awhile passing off bad checks and no company under that name. I asked her how I could report them and she said their security is working on it I did not need to report it.
Also this has happened with people sending out travelers checks. With either of these things, they are hoping someone will fall for it and cash it at their bank, then when it bounces the funds are taken out of their bank acct and they are screwed! Did some research after I got this and found out, and it seems many people have believed this and lost alot of money cashing the checks. Never cash a check from someone you dont know and especially if they ask you to send some back to them thru money gram or western union.
Its awful these rotten people out there. Good thing I dont have a bank acct! LOL! no I knew it was not right would not have cashed it even if I did.
