Is Bux.to A Scam?

I joined bux.to in the begining of this year 2008 and by February 2nd 2008 placed in a cashout request of nearly $2,000! I have yet to see this money in my alertpay account even though its showing up as paid. I wrote to the company and they do quickly reply however their answer has always been everything's confirmed and you will be paid soon. That was now 4 months ago. I even sent them information such as a credit card statement and Passport photo that they said I had to do in order to get my money. Needless to say I watch my credit like a hawk now as I don't trust this place at all anymore. Any ideas on when or if I will ever get paid from this company?
Thanks for the feedback
Sean Supplee

Scam Alert - Thirty Dollar Unit

Unbelievably, many people actually believe that they can make a spend of $30 and receive
$12,500 as soon as 30,000 "units" are sold.

Here is a copy of the message I sent to my list on November 7....

Begin
==========================================================
Subject: New Programs Discussion - Warning

ThirtyDollarUnit

This program promises to pay $12,500 for every $30 unit purchased.

They are selling 30,000 units. Once these units are sold the passive members will each
receive $12,500. Active members will receive more.

This is very similar to the Reverse Pension Programs that have come and gone. Not
one of these programs had paid a dime to the members.

As soon as 30,000 units are purchased the folks running thirtydollarunit will have collected
$900,000. They say they will then pay the members $12,500 per unit owned. This
totals $375,000,000.

Despite this very unrealistic scenario, thousands of people will join this program
because of the low cost involved. This is why we have seen many of these types
of programs. They are able to steal a small amount from each member of a very
large group. As I stated in my message about the RPP programs...

"Yes, people DO join, thousands of them. Sadder yet is that they simply do not
care if they lose the money. However, it gets worse. When thousands of people
willingly throw money at a scam they perpetuate a on-going cycle of future scams."
===========================================================
End

I received several responses to this message, some of which expressed concern that I
would not support such a fine "humanitarian" endeavor. Here is a copy of one message
that I received. I have substituted John Smith in place of this person's real name...

Begin
===========================================================
Hi Ken,

I think that this will ease your mind....taking away the negativity and fear that you have expressed about TDU. Please remember that we all appreciate your due diligence, honest, integrity, help, and just all that you do for us. We respect your expertise on many issues.

I just felt that you would appreciate knowing the real truth about TDU. And I would be honored for you to join with me (John Smith) as your referrer. You would be passing up a large sum of money. When you refer ( and I am sure that you would) 6 or more people, you will receive $27,500 for each unit that you purchase for on $30. I don't have to know exactly how they can do that any more than I have to know how electricity works or how a baby knows how to cry. Many of these opportunities have other investments like MrsVip does.

Plus, Ken you get $50 for every unit that the people you refer purchase. For you that would also be
BIG money.

Please consider joining me:

Go to: www.thirtydollarunit.com
Click on instruction page at top of the web page and follow directions carefully.
Go to Solid Trust Pay or Alert Pay and send money to whatever the instruction page tells you for that money exchanger in the amount that you want to buy ( $30 for each unit).
Go back to www.thirtydollarunit.com and scroll to the bottom and click on application; fill out the application and press send when you are done.
Be sure to put the right referrer in (full name). In this case-----John Smith

I look for your support and cooperation in this awesome humanitarian endeavor.

Talk again soon,

John Smith

From: admin@thirtydollarunit.com [mailto:admin@thirtydollarunit.com]
Sent: Wednesday, November 12, 2008 6:00 PM
To: admin@thirtydollarunit.com
Subject: Please Read Entire E-Mail

Dear Members,

I e-mailed all of the members from the previous cycle, and so far I have gotten one response. So I wanted to forward it to you. Feel free to ask Ms. Rochavez any questions, however, please be thoughtful and keep them short and to the point. She didn't have to help us out. I will also try to get this on the website as soon as possible. Just a reminder, we are going to be out of the office until Monday. Please keep up the good work. Try to get as many people as you can to join this weekend. We only have about 4 more weeks if we want to get paid for Christmas. Work....Work.....Work.....Hard.......Thanks. Have a great weekend, and forward this to as many people as you can.

Thanks Again,

Jackie

----- Original Message -----
From: "shannon rochavez" srochavez@gmail.com
To: admin@thirtydollarunit.com
Sent: Wed 12/11/08 4:44 PM
Subject: Fwd: Re: Please Respond ASAP

Dear Jackie,

I just want to thank you for this great opportunity. I found a copy of my STP payment from last cycle. I hope this helps. Please let members know that they can contact me via email at Srochavez@Gmail.com. Also, please ask them to keep the questions limited. I only purchased two units last cycle, and I wish I had purchased more, but like many others out there, I didn't have an up line or the belief in the investment programs out there. But by the grace of god I was introduced to a GREAT one. I was told to test the waters if I wasn't sure, and that is what I did. But I learned from my mistakes for this cycle. This cycle is a little different though, being that it is open to the public, and they have a referral bonus. We didn't have that before. Tell all the new members out there to get it while they can because I only bought two last cycle and it really paid, so I bought ten this cycle. Also, let them know to buy as many as they can afford, because the wait is worth the payout!!

Thank you for this great opportunity,
Ms. Rochavez

Money Transfer From SolidTrust Pay‏

From: SolidTrust Pay Support(support@solidtrustpay.com)

Sent: Tue 07/11/08 11:36 AM

To: Srochavez@gmail.com

SolidTrust Pay - Your Money, Your Way!

*** Great News ! ***

You have successfully received money from a registered SolidTrust
Pay member!
Keep this email as your receipt.

From STPay username: TDU
Transaction Number: 2144669
Amount: USD 25,000.00
Details (if provided): Money Transfer To Srochavez

On Tue, Nov 4, 2008 at 3:52 PM, admin@thirtydollarunit.com>wrote:

Dear Valued Member,

As you know, we have started a new cycle. A lot of the new members are asking for proof of people getting paid. Anything you can us will really help. I would like to get proof out to all of our customers as soon as possible. Please let me know if you can help. Also, if possible, if a new member has questions, please let me know if they can e-mail you so that you can answer some of their questions that they may have. Thank you very much for your quick response.

Thanks Again,

Jackie
===============================================================
End

Apparently, the person who sent me the message is content that at least one person has provided "proof"
that at least one member has been paid. The reality is this - if this program has paid any of its members
they would be shouting the news from their rooftops. The program would not have to prove anything.
It is most likely that this program has not paid anyone from any "previous cycle", just as it is highly
likely that they will not pay a single member in the future. Here is my reply....

Begin
=================================================================

John,

I have expressed my opinion. If you believe this program is going to going to pay
30000 people a total of $375,000,000 you are certainly entitled to your opinion.

When the program is proven to be a scam you will have helped them get away
with $900,000 unless, of course, they may have sold many more than 30000 units.
Who really knows?

Everyone will take comfort in the fact that they have only lost $30. That is why
these programs continue to thrive. However, the loss of the funds is not the
issue. Feeding these scamsters is the issue.

You may be interested in this correspondence between myself and Stella from STP....

Begin
===================================================================
Hi Stella,

This message is about a program called ThirtyDollarUnit which
certainly appears to be a scam.

There is a post in several forums indicating that shannon rochavez
received a payment from this program. Here are the details...

------------------------------------------------------------------
SolidTrust Pay - Your Money, Your Way!

*** Great News ! ***

You have successfully received money from a registered SolidTrust
Pay member!
Keep this email as your receipt.

From STPay username: TDU

Transaction Number: 2144669
Amount: USD 25,000.00

Details (if provided): Money Transfer To Srochavez
------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Can you confirm this?

If so, are you aware of any other members who have received a payment from
this program?

Thanks for any info that you can provide.

Ken
=====================================================================
End

Here is Stella's response

Begin
======================================================
Hi there Ken,

We have no user by that name in our system - Srochavez
- the email has been simply "created" based on what our emails actually look like. That admin as NOT paid that amount to any member.

As a result of your message, we have downgraded their account status to Active. If we do not hear from them, we may have to intervene and do forced refunds back to members.

Someone else also questioned us on this exact same "transaction" so it is doubly confirmed to be made up.

Kind regards,

Stella
Customer Support Manager
===============================================================
End

Programs like the RPPs and Thirty Dollar Unit are actually brilliant scams.
No one is real concerned about losing $30. That is why thousands of dreamers
throw money at these programs and it is why they will continue to proliferate.

However, in this case, it looks as though Stella will be intervening. I am pleased to have been
instrumental in making her aware of this. It is nice to know that these people will recover their
funds due to Stella's intervention. What is really important is that these ruthless thieves will
not be collecting tens of thousands of dollars and that they may find it increasingly difficult
to pull this crap in the future.

This Is The Biggest Scam I Have Ever Seen...

Hello everyone.

I just finished up confirming a scam. The events were truly unbelievable. I can't even begin to describe how ridiculous this scammer actually is...

I am going to post a summary of the events, some posts, and then conversation logs. Please give me your thoughts on this.

A friend of mine posted my new HYIP program on MakeGoldForum.com, so I naturally visited the forum and posted more information on the program. Basically I posted what is on my site, and a few comments and details that I felt were necessary to add.

A little later, the administrator of this forum decided to posted his thoughts:

QUOTE

i see its simple site you are doing , iam Admin of this forum and i do care for any member here .

wish you good luck any way, and hope you will do real business.

Also i ask all members to be causious.

Rober Eric

First off, take notice to the terrible spelling and sentence structure. This guy isn't fit to run a forum, or anything for that matter. But anyway!

I sign on to my Instant Messenger programs and am immediately greeted by someone on YIM claiming to be a member of that forum who is seeking to invest in the program. Naturally, I have a nice discussion with this man. Here is where the fun starts:

[07:08] jordandf2005: i checked it on makegoldforum
[07:08] jordandf2005: i see the admin alerted all members

Now, I explain to this person that the Administrator is responsible for warning his forum members of the potential risk involved with HYIPs. However, Jordan insists that the Admin was attacking my program. After this, I took the initiative to contact the forum Admin, who just so happened to be online.

[07:11] mk11248: Hello there. My name is Michael Kovich, I am the Admin of the InfinityShadow HYIP Program.
[07:11] mk11248: Members of your forum have been contacting me saying that you're telling them my program is a scam. Could you give me more information on this, please?
[07:12] makegoldforum: Nice to meet you
[07:12] mk11248: Likewise.
[07:12] makegoldforum: No i didnot say its scam
[07:12] makegoldforum: but i just asked all members to be causious

I showed that to Jordan, and he wasn't quite so convinced.

[07:19] jordandf2005: Donot know how can i be sure of that

Next, he offers to make an investment anyway. Pay attention to the amount:

[07:20] jordandf2005: i want to invest 500$ moneybookers or liberty but iam scare to loose

A few minutes later:

[07:29] jordandf2005: i may invest all 800$ liberty

Notice the random increase of 300$? Don't worry, it gets better:

[07:31] jordandf2005: iam woondering why admin didnot like your site
[07:31] mk11248: He didn't say that.
[07:31] jordandf2005: alot ofmembers became alerted
[07:31] mk11248: I asked him about it and he said:
[07:31] mk11248: [07:12] makegoldforum: No i didnot say its scam
[07:31] mk11248: That is from the admin ^
[07:32] jordandf2005: /:)
[07:34] jordandf2005: still not sure
[07:34] jordandf2005: iam wondering why admin told us to be alerted

[07:35] mk11248: He's just making sure that everyone is careful.
[07:35] mk11248: All admins do that.
[07:35] mk11248: It's nothing against me personally or my program.
[07:36] jordandf2005: hmmmm i have to wait to see admin what will say
[07:36] jordandf2005: il have to ask him
[07:36] mk11248: Ask him now, he's online.
[07:36] mk11248: His Yahoo! Instant Messenger is: makegoldforum
[07:36] jordandf2005: yes
[07:37] jordandf2005: let me ask him

[07:39] jordandf2005: ok iam talking to him
[07:40] jordandf2005: ok i got his idea
[07:41] jordandf2005: is ok

[07:41] mk11248: So, will you be investing today?
[07:41] jordandf2005: yes that will be nice
[07:41] jordandf2005: after 3 hours il get another 1200$
[07:41] jordandf2005: so il invest 4000$ lr

Now - did we just go from 800$ to 4000$? Fascinating. Notice, also, how it took the administrator less than 2 minutes to convince him to invest 4000$ in my program.

Just before Jordan contacted the Admin, I asked the Admin to make a post clarifying his statement. He agrees, under the condition that I send him money.

[07:30] makegoldforum: i will make sticky for you in hypes section
[07:30] makegoldforum: same thread you made it and il give good idea about your site, thats for 30$ will be your sticky valid for 3 months

So I figure, hey - for 30$ that isn't bad, but I still want the problem fixed, first. Well, he agrees that my program isn't a scam, but won't tell anyone unless I pay him.

[07:32] mk11248: I will do that, but first you would need to post in my thread and say that you didn't call my program a scam.
[07:32] mk11248: Because people are confused because of your post.
[07:32] makegoldforum: No i didnot say that i just asked people to be causious
[07:33] makegoldforum: you can pay 30$ now and il make your hypes as sticky and il give good idea about your site
[07:33] makegoldforum: so iam sure alot of members here will join
[07:34] makegoldforum: we have good trust and members follow me

Now, at the time when Jordan contacted him, I asked him to tell Jordan my program isn't a scam.

[07:41] makegoldforum: k t told him

Immediately after he claims to have informed Jordan, and Jordan miraculously agrees to invest 4000$ - ANOTHER big investor from the forum rolls along! Imagine that!

[07:39] stacy20000: helllo
[07:39] stacy20000: are you admin of infinity shaddow?
[07:39] mk11248: Hello. Yes, I am. How may I help you today?
[07:39] stacy20000: i got ur id from makegoldforum
[07:39] mk11248: Great. How are you today?
[07:39] stacy20000: iam fine
[07:40] stacy20000: iam from france
[07:40] stacy20000: where ru from?
[07:40] mk11248: I am from the United States.
[07:40] stacy20000: i saw looking on ur thread
[07:40] mk11248: Enchante de faire votre connassiance.
[07:40] stacy20000: but i was scare
[07:40] stacy20000: cause makegoldforum
[07:40] stacy20000: told us to be causious
[07:40] mk11248: Yes, I am talking to him about that now.
[07:41] stacy20000: aha
[07:41] mk11248: He has nothing against my program or me.
[07:41] mk11248: He was saying that to make sure everyone is careful.
[07:41] stacy20000: let me as him please
[07:41] mk11248: Sure thing.
[07:44] stacy20000: wait i have phone
[07:44] mk11248: Take your time.
[07:44] stacy20000: O:-)
[07:47] mk11248: The admin made a post on the forum.
[07:50] stacy20000: back
[07:50] stacy20000: ok wait
[07:50] stacy20000: let me check his post
[07:51] mk11248: Alright.
[07:54] stacy20000: ok i saw his post that realy kool
[07:54] stacy20000: iam at work
[07:54] stacy20000: after i come back from the work il talk to the admin and if its ok il invest 1000$
[07:54] stacy20000: bye for now
[07:54] mk11248: You said you're from France, right?
[07:55] stacy20000: yes but now iam in lodnon
[07:55] stacy20000: talk to you soon bye for now

Let me point out several things there.

[07:40] stacy20000: iam from france
[07:40] mk11248: Enchante de faire votre connassiance.

What I said is French for 'Pleased to meet you.' however it seems Stacy doesn't know what it means, since she neglected to respond to it.

Take a look at this, also: [07:54] stacy20000: ok i saw his post that realy kool

Well, Jordan had just told me:

[07:44] jordandf2005: he told me he will post
[07:44] mk11248: Yes, he is making a post now.
[07:44] jordandf2005: yes he said that
[07:44] jordandf2005: let me see what he will post
[07:47] mk11248: He posted.
[07:48] jordandf2005: realy let me have a look
[07:49] jordandf2005: yes thats realy kool

Do you notice that last line? Both of them ask about the post, then say 'realy kool' with the same spelling errors. How could this be? Jordan is from the Middle East and Stacy is from France but living in London at the moment. It's not anything localized! Notice how both of them communicate with the admin and find what they're looking for in a matter of seconds.

Next:

[07:49] jordandf2005: i feel relax now
[07:49] jordandf2005: after 4 hours il invest with 4k
[07:52] jordandf2005: il invest soon
[07:53] jordandf2005: bye for now

[07:54] stacy20000: iam at work
[07:54] stacy20000: after i come back from the work il talk to the admin and if its ok il invest 1000$
[07:54] stacy20000: bye for now
[07:55] stacy20000: talk to you soon bye for now

Hmm. They are both going to be investing large sums, but later in the day. Notice how they both forget to put spaces in words, much like the admin? Take a look at how they also say 'bye for now'. Take a look at the Timestamps - even more fascinating! They leave right after one another.

[07:51] makegoldforum: ok we made deal
[07:51] makegoldforum: i did my part now its your part
[07:53] mk11248: I'm on a phone call right now. Let me finish with it first.
[07:53] makegoldforum: we made a deal
[07:53] makegoldforum: i did my part and now its your part

If you haven't gathered yet, here is what I'm thinking:

Makegoldforum, Jordan, and Stacy are all the same people. This was a setup by Makegoldforum to lure me into believing people from the site wanted to invest, so long as the program had admin approval. However, Admin approval was available only if I would buy it from him.

Do you see what's going on here? The admin pretended to be other people to make an attempt at tricking me into purchasing from him.

So, I decide to confront the Admin, and here is the conversation. Be sure to notice how defensive he is, and how he attempts to turn everything around on me. He also demands that payment be made now.

[07:55] mk11248: Actually, there is something suspicious going on here.
[07:55] makegoldforum: what is it?
[07:55] mk11248: First, Jordanf2005 contacted me and wanted to invest. Second, someone else named Stacy20000 contacted me and wanted to invest.
[07:56] mk11248: They both want to invest large sums.
[07:56] mk11248: They both use the same vocabulary, and both asked the same questions.
[07:56] mk11248: And both of them want to invest later today.
[07:56] mk11248: I'm thinking that they are the same person.
[07:56] mk11248: And I'm thinking you know that.
[07:56] makegoldforum: yes
[07:56] makegoldforum: what jordandf2005
[07:56] makegoldforum: he is member
[07:56] makegoldforum: you can check his name
[07:57] makegoldforum: and you mean stacy20000 ? another person?
[07:57] mk11248: If think they're the same person.
[07:57] makegoldforum: she asked me then back to her work
[07:57] makegoldforum: stacy20000
[07:57] makegoldforum: her nickname is exchanger
[07:57] mk11248: They both talk the same way.
[07:57] makegoldforum: Look
[07:57] mk11248: And she said she was from France, but when I spoke in French she didn't understand me.
[07:58] mk11248: Now, why would that be
[07:58] mk11248: People from France speak French.
[07:58] makegoldforum: no she is from france , she added me since more than 1 month
[07:58] makegoldforum: she investing with some programes
[07:58] makegoldforum: also jordandf2005 he is active investor
[07:58] mk11248: Well, they both said they're going to invest today. So, when either one of them invest, I will pay you the 30$ for the sticky. Because honestly, this is a very suspicious situation and I think someone is trying to trick me.
[07:59] makegoldforum: Look i made deal with you, and now you are breaking it
[07:59] mk11248: No, you're breaking it.
[07:59] mk11248: You're trying to scam me by pretending to be other people.
[07:59] makegoldforum: so you are scamming me now
[07:59] mk11248: You're trying to scam me.
[08:00] mk11248: You are makegoldforum, jordanf2005, and stacy20000, I think.
[08:00] makegoldforum: iam admin of that forum and i donot need to scam any one
[08:00] mk11248: You tried to make me think they would invest, so that I pay you.
[08:00] mk11248: If you're not scamming me, you can wait 4 hours. That's when Jordan said he would invest.
[08:00] mk11248: If you aren't a scammer, just wait for one of them to invest in my program, then.
[08:00] makegoldforum: we made deal
[08:01] makegoldforum: i give you 10 minutes
[08:01] makegoldforum: after that il move your thread to scam
[08:01] mk11248: I'll call the police.
[08:01] mk11248: You're trying to scam me.
[08:01] makegoldforum: which state you are?!!!
[08:01] makegoldforum: tell me?
[08:01] mk11248: Either you wait for someone from your site to invest, or I will report you to the authorities for trying to scam me.
[08:02] makegoldforum: yes now i understood your idea
[08:02] makegoldforum: you are big scammer
[08:02] mk11248: Nope.
[08:02] mk11248: You are the scammer.
[08:02] mk11248: Your trick isn't working.
[08:02] mk11248: Either you will wait for an investor from your site to send money, or you're scamming me.
[08:03] mk11248: And if you're scamming me, I will be forced to report you to the authorities and post on every forum I am a member of and let them know what you're doing.
[08:03] makegoldforum: alot of big traders come to advertisie in my forum and alot of them are members in m forum and you came to scam my members
[08:03] mk11248: I don't see any big investors on your site.
[08:03] makegoldforum: wm-center
[08:03] makegoldforum: he has big site for exchanging
[08:03] mk11248: You're trying to scam me by pretending to be other people.
[08:04] makegoldforum: no iam not pretending
[08:04] makegoldforum: but you want to find some way to escape
[08:04] mk11248: No, I'm not looking for any escape.
[08:04] mk11248: Let me tell you this again, I'll lay it out for you.
[08:04] makegoldforum: i wanted to help you , but are trying to find any reason
[08:04] mk11248: You need money. So, you posted a warning in my thread. Immediately after, you signed on to other screen names here on YIM. You contacted me on those names and said you were going to invest if the Admin of the forum said the program was good.
[08:05] mk11248: So, when I told you about it, you told me I have to pay, so I agreed.
[08:05] mk11248: However!~
[08:05] mk11248: You pretended to be an investor, to trick me into paying you.
[08:05] makegoldforum: Look
[08:05] mk11248: Jordanf2005 and Stacy20000 are not real investors.
[08:05] mk11248: They're you.
[08:05] makegoldforum: alot of big hypes they pay more than 500$ for advertising
[08:05] mk11248: You're running a ridiculous scam here to try to rob your members of money by pretending to be investors.
[08:05] mk11248: I'm not paying you a dime until you prove to me that someone on your site is going to invset.
[08:05] mk11248: invest.*
[08:06] mk11248: Jordanf2005 and stacy20000 - look at the names, they're similar.
[08:06] mk11248: Let me show you more evidence!
[08:06] mk11248: After you posted, he said:
[08:06] mk11248: [07:49] jordandf2005: yes thats realy kool
[08:06] mk11248: Guess what Stacy said?
[08:06] mk11248: [07:54] stacy20000: ok i saw his post that realy kool
[08:06] mk11248: Isn't it odd that they're the same thing?
[08:06] mk11248: [07:40] stacy20000: iam from france
[08:06] mk11248: [07:40] mk11248: Enchante de faire votre connassiance.
[08:07] makegoldforum: now you are sooooo naughty and making alot of problems
[08:07] mk11248: Oh wait - she isn't from France. She didn't know what I said!
[08:07] makegoldforum: it seesm you are realy big scammer
[08:07] mk11248: [06:58] jordandf2005: iam from jordan you?
[08:07] mk11248: [07:40] stacy20000: iam from france
[07:40] stacy20000: where ru from?
[08:07] mk11248: [07:55] stacy20000: talk to you soon bye for now
[08:07] mk11248: [07:54] stacy20000: bye for now
[08:07] mk11248: [07:53] jordandf2005: bye for now
[08:07] mk11248: The same exact thing.
[08:08] mk11248: A minute apart.
[08:08] makegoldforum: i donot care to those members......... even they wanna invest or not
[08:08] makegoldforum: i made a deal with you
[08:08] mk11248: Plus, you and those members never type at the same time.
[08:08] mk11248: This is the biggest scam I have ever seen.
[08:08] mk11248: [08:04] *** "jordandf2005" signed off at Wed Nov 12 08:04:29 2008.
[08:04] *** "jordandf2005" signed on at Wed Nov 12 08:04:39 2008.
[08:08] mk11248: Hmm...he had to go. But he was gone for 10 seconds.
[08:08] mk11248: You are both of these people.

Notice he in that he threatens to move my thread to the scam section unless I pay him? Also notice he says:

[08:08] makegoldforum: i donot care to those members.........

Wait wait wait...in his original post on the forum didn't he try to warn the members he stated he cared about? Now suddenly he doesn't care at all?

A few seconds later, Jordan messages me again. Neither one of the screen names would be typing at the same time. Be sure to examine the spacing errors - they're consistent amongst all three people.

[08:08] mk11248: See? Neither of you type at the same time.
[08:09] makegoldforum: no you are wrong
[08:09] mk11248: Ask me a question, type something.

^ I posted that to both of them at the same time. I watched to see when they were typing, and it proved my theory. Anyway, let's continue:

[08:09] mk11248: Hah!
[08:09] mk11248: I just proved it.
[08:09] makegoldforum: i donot understand your bad way
[08:09] mk11248: I don't understand why you're trying to scam me.
[08:09] makegoldforum: Look
[08:09] mk11248: Look -
[08:09] mk11248: you're a scammer.
[08:09] mk11248: You're trying to scam me.
[08:10] makegoldforum: i made a deal with you
[08:10] mk11248: You
[08:10] mk11248: are trying
[08:10] mk11248: to scam me.
[08:10] mk11248: You're all of those people.
[08:10] makegoldforum: scam you for what?!!!
[08:10] makegoldforum: 30$ lol

Haha! Well, as long as you're only trying to scam me for a small amount, I guess it's okay then.

[08:10] mk11248: You are makegoldforum, jordanf2005, and stacy2000.
[08:10] makegoldforum: are you silly??????????
[08:10] mk11248: It doesn't matter if it's 30$ or 30,000$.
[08:10] mk11248: You're still trying to scam me.
[08:10] mk11248: You and Jordan post one after another, consistent with the belief that you would be switching windows.
[08:10] mk11248: What kind of shady operation are you running here?
[08:11] makegoldforum: i have alot of money no need to scam you , but you came to my site and put silly site and wanted to scam members

He keeps trying to turn it on me. If you know anything about psychology, that's a basic defensive mechanism that guilty parties use to defend themselves.

[08:11] mk11248: Nope.
[08:11] mk11248: That's not how it is.
[08:11] mk11248: You're trying to scam me.
[08:11] makegoldforum: speaking is finished
[08:11] mk11248: Yes, yes it is. I'm calling the authorities.

Interestingly enough, communication between all parties ceased at 08:11 when Makegoldforum said, 'Speaking is finished.' That also contributes to my theory.

By the way, he later edited his post to say:

QUOTE

this programe is scammmmmmmmm and il bann that scammer.

Moments later, my account was banned.

He's devastated that I figured out his scam, and now he's trying to silence me.

Beware If Checks From Advantage Mktg Llc

I am not calling mystery shopping a scam so please dont misunderstand. Last week, and I dont know how they got my mailing address, I got a letter in the mail. I opened it and out fell a check made out to me in the sum of $3,912.00!! Man seeing those dollar signs! Especially for someone like me who is ill on a fixed income and I barely make it and get by. I read the letter with the check. It said it was for mystery shopping, 400. was paying me for my training, 300. I believe was for shopping and rating the stores and it said I could keep the merchandise. The balance, they said they were rating money gram and to do that I had to cash the check and send the balance back to them thru moneygram. Right then a red flag went off. They listed a phone number, I called and they did not know what I was talking about. IT was drawn on a real bank llocated in state college, PA. So I found the banks number and called them to see if the funds were legit. As soon as I told the lady the company name, she laughed and said it was a fraudulent check. To me the check looked totally legit, had all the right stuff and markings on it. She said they have been doing this awhile passing off bad checks and no company under that name. I asked her how I could report them and she said their security is working on it I did not need to report it.
Also this has happened with people sending out travelers checks. With either of these things, they are hoping someone will fall for it and cash it at their bank, then when it bounces the funds are taken out of their bank acct and they are screwed! Did some research after I got this and found out, and it seems many people have believed this and lost alot of money cashing the checks. Never cash a check from someone you dont know and especially if they ask you to send some back to them thru money gram or western union.
Its awful these rotten people out there. Good thing I dont have a bank acct! LOL! no I knew it was not right would not have cashed it even if I did.
So be careful folks! Thank you!
