Although there are 3 investments in dispute, this thread will focus on one. Because one is all you need to know if they are legit or not.

I just wanted to take the time to let everyone know I am sick and tired of scams online. I currently freelance from home, run an eBay business, and also do internet marketing from home. Well, for my eBay business I sell a number of different things. I buy items in bulk and all that jazz.

Well I had this great idea to go to Alibaba.com which is a B2B site. I basically got in contact with this business in China. They were going to sell me these Nikon Digital SLR cameras lenses. I had an agreement to buy 10 and have them ship them to my customers. I was going to have 2 shipped to me in case there were problems, I could fix them. Sounds like a great idea huh?

The person I bought them from delayed my customers buy providing me with tracking which didn't show up for 12 days. Being a responsible business owner I decided to give everyone $50 back 50X8 for $400.

Well the packages started arriving and guess what they were all fake iPhones. Imagine that! My two lens were fake ipod nano's. I paid everyone back since they didn't get what they ordered. Also, I paid for shipping to send me there crap they received.

Since then this company has ignored me ever since. I can't get my money back because I paid Western Union which was a mistake by my part. They have cost me 8k. I e-mailed them posing as a big shot needing 200 apples from another e-mail and bam they were more than willing to rip me off. I can't believe this goes on and no one will do anything about it.

I was so heated by this I decided to make a site exposing scam. www.report-online-scams.com I have basically gotten people together and let them tell their stories. I feel this is a good way for me to help people. You can read my full story on the www.sz-xinglong.com link on the left hand side.

I do want to spread my site around on a couple forums because I want to reach people that have been ripped off.

I feel horrible about the whole situation and have filed a claim with the ic3.gov, the federal trade commission, attorney general of state, etc. I don't know what else to do. I know I will probably never see that money again.

All I ask is that if you have been a victim of fraud will you please contact me on my site and I would be glad to put your story up.

Well back in the beginning i registered an account at William Jackson's website (the site owner).

Back then, Will had the same shop as he do today, the only thing that was changed was the prices, and the membership you could purchase.

For an amount of 59.95 you could become a premium clicksia member, getting better benefits, and higher earnings, so I went ahead and purchased the lifetime membership.

I still got my receipt in PayPal from the purchase, and it clearly says LIFETIME membership sold for the price of 59.95.

Well Will aint so stupid as some people who lost money may seem, he actually inserted a line in his TOS (Terms of service) saying he got the right to change the TOS at any given time.

Will has now removed my lifetime premium membership status, and replaced it with one year. I actually only think he replaced it, because I made a big deal out of him taking back a product he sold me.

The reason he has done this, is because his site has huge succes, and he earns a lot of money.
I actually also invested a lot of money in his advertising packages, because I thought it was a loyal and stable program and/or owner. Well I was wrong and now im pretty pissed of because he actually had given me back my lifetime premium membership, but today he changed it once again so now it runs out in 05-June-2010

I'm thinking about get in contact with a laywer, but my question is do I got a case.
He still earns good cash on the website he runs, and I'm mostly interested in getting what I orderen which was a lifetime membership, but if this cannot be fullfilled I will be happy with Will returning ALL my invested money back to me again...

I took this case up in his forum, but almost all the members there dont think he has done anything wrong.
Mostly of them are so new that they havent ever seen the lifetime membership they only seen the 1 year membership and still they keep defending this behavior?

They are claiming to be paying members for $10 per mail and cashout is $1000 for free members and upgraded members($130 to upgrade) has no minimum cashout.
They even claim to pay a ref benefit of $15 as soon as you reach 25 referrals(each referral worths $5).I now have 55 refs. Guess my refs should be increasing my earning while am out.

The site claims they will pay you $100 per email read. The payout for free members is $20,000.00, they also offer a gold membership for $249.00 with no minimum payout and payment within 144h of upgrading, and a $1000.00 sign-up bonus.

Since the option to become a gold member paying via paypal is available, I decided to test, knowing I could do a chargeback if things didn't workout.

I did this because I would never reach the payout amount for free members but I had over 2,000.00 in my account and if it were to be true I would get that money in 6 days.

They never updated my account and did not answer my emails, after 4 days when I told them I would refund my money with paypal after 144h they sent me the money back with the note: "We cancel your payment. We dont want to coperate with you."

The WHOIS info has as address a city in Poland but it says county Peru. It is the same info for bankomails.com that if you search, you will see that they never pay.

The payout proof they have shows a $3000,00 payment to a website. I talked to the admin of this website and he told me its a lie, that they have no relations with cashmails.

Do NOT invest money in Anders Marker Olsen, you will NEVER ever see the money again and you will most likely go through a lot of bullshit just to realize that you have been scammed.

Anders Marker Olsen is currently living in Denmark, and is switching his cell phone many times, as well as his email so therefore it is impossible to give any information here. Also be aware that he will be using multiple names and contact information, but make sure you see his passport as he most likely will not have a fake one.
