I completely support the idea, since I already had experience with a similar company that is engaged in simulating situations that you can find yourself in real life. After all, if you are, for example, an office worker, then this may be leadership training for you, so that you can not only know your profession better, but also think about promotion. This approach involves first learning all the necessary theory, which is quite boring, but after that, every piece of theory that you have gone through, it will be put into practice, and I believe that this gives the maximum possible result in any areas of life.
